Imagine if every, or most, skins in the game changed something about the tower, so depending on which skins you have, you can choose the skin you want. Of course, each skin could be different, so you can strategize with which skins to use.

Golden crates are severely overpriced. I mean you can grind for a insanely long time and get a bad golden skin. It's probably only worth 25k or 30k or even better 15k.

bro it usually takes 1 month if you grind on the weekends, but if you've got a tighter schedule it takes 2 months maybe focus on getting better towers like the accelerator so u can grind faster
Try getting better tower and some farming strategies, it does help a lot. If you follow the strategy, it may takes only 1-3 month to get all gold towers. Or if you really have time, it would takes only 1-2 month.
Maybe make a case named particle cases and when you open it you can apply it to different towers like for minigunner u can make a red particle effect and it can be called Minigunner's Blessing.
mybe you can choose the golden skin as the normal skin but then be able to choose a skin over it so then you still need golden towers but you can have your favorite skin on top of the tower so then its not gold skin but your skin with the buffs

In game it would apply a shine to your tower/s but you can still select the skin you want. The passive would change the upgrade, damage, you know, everything that a Golden Skin does, but, it doesn't change the look of your tower/s apart from the shine. It would allow for other skins to be used with the Golden Tower passive. Just an idea :D

I hate that it wasn't enough for the enemies to be rng based, the damage of accel to be rng based, and the cowboy's money giving ability to be rng based, they had to go ahead and make golden crate rng based as well. It's the reason why my first gold crate gave me golden pyromancer, who is basically useless because all he gets is some range.
To fix this problem maybe when you get the golden skin of the tower it automatically becomes much more stronger even if you aren't equipping it basically like an upgrade once you get it it applys for all skins. also I really think they should consider lowering the price of the golden crate to maybe 40k or 35k since lower than that would be unfair for the people who bought it for 50k. This is just my opinion to solve these problems

I think they should make the golden towers seperate towers, but also making the skins for the normal versions of those towers applicable to the golden ones. It would probably take more effort, but I think it would be worth it for the wellbeing of the game.
a way they could do this is for example, you have a ton of scout skins and get the gold skin, there should be a feature where if you obtain a gold skin of a certain tower, all skins of that tower become just as strong as the gold skin.

My feedback towards the devs and John: Yes, other skins should have the same buff as the golden skins but instead of like grinding for HOURS and HOURS for coins, just make it so you can turn them into golden towers if you have 10 - 20 duplicates of scouts, you can evolve it into a golden scout but at the same time it doesn't have to be golden, it just needs to be a skin that you selected that you want to be buffed as in when you get the 10 - 20 duplicates you can evolve it and then pick which skin you would want to make it buffed. That's basically all I have to say lol.

Instead of golden crates, maybe they could make a “buff crate”, like if you buy it in the crate shop (it has a price of course), you will get the same buffs of the golden skins and have an option to apply them to the tower skin that you like and it can be applied on.
I think they should replace the golden crate with a "shining" crate. Going to the class you get the shining effect for, you can turn the buff on and off for the entire tower selection.

The thing I hate in tds is how when you start off you either HAVE to play with like three other average players to win to example molten mode. Other games have it so you can beat it on your own but the extra "towers" you can buy just makes winning much faster and easier. But below forces new players to beg "CAN YOU CARRY ME PLEASE???" because what else are they gonna do? play solo and get to round 10 and get like 100 coins? I think they should make the golden towers seperate towers, but also making the skins for the normal versions of those towers applicable to the golden ones. It would probably take more effort, but I think it would be worth it for the wellbeing of the game.

a way they could do this is for example, you have a ton of scout skins and get the gold skin, there should be a feature where if you obtain a gold skin of a certain tower, all skins of that tower become just as strong as the gold skin.
Wouldn't it make more sense to make goldens a seperate tower that allows normal and good skins to be put on while keeping the extra damage?

My feedback towards the devs and John: Yes, other skins should have the same buff as the golden skins but instead of like grinding for HOURS and HOURS for coins, just make it so you can turn them into golden towers if you have 10 - 20 duplicates of scouts, you can evolve it into a golden scout but at the same time it doesn't have to be golden, it just needs to be a skin that you selected that you want to be buffed as in when you get the 10 - 20 duplicates you can evolve it and then pick which skin you would want to make it buffed. That's basically all I have to say lol.

Maybe a buff crate where it cost 5,000 - 10,000 gold and it gives buffs like 20% more damage, 60% more Firerate, 40% more range, or even permanent hidden detection. Then you could apply those buffs to any skin but maybe there will be a limit to not be too OP.
The golden skin craters are WAY too over priced. I think the golden skins look lame, and they don’t do much more damage.

I have a idea to get golden crates easily to not make them suck anymore. How about if you buy VIP in the game, you get 3 golden crates instead of 3 premium crates.

Instead of golden crates, maybe they could make a “buff crate”, like if you buy it in the crate shop (it has a price of course), you will get the same buffs of the golden skins and have an option to apply them to the tower skin that you like and it can be applied on.

I think they should replace the golden crate with a "shining" crate. Going to the class you get the shining effect for, you can turn the buff on and off for the entire tower selection.

The thing I hate in tds is how when you start off you either HAVE to play with like three other average players to win to example molten mode. Other games have it so you can beat it on your own but the extra "towers" you can buy just makes winning much faster and easier. But below forces new players to beg "CAN YOU CARRY ME PLEASE???" because what else are they gonna do? play solo and get to round 10 and get like 100 coins? Imagine trying to buy new towers if you barely make 100 coins per 15 minutes of games.
