I just learned this machine at the location I am at. Its very sensitive but needs to be learned
This wheel balancer is the best! I only go to tire shops that use this kind of equipment. You can defiantly feel the difference in ride quality especially if you drive an older car.

how does someone change from ounces to grams in this exact machine?
After a check-spin, when you get the measurements, touch the Oz, directly. The character for ounces. It will change to Grams. Press the G to go back to OZ's.

Saves lots of sticky weights & makes using stick on weights a breeze..
I miss the older gsp9700 balancer. The road force elite requires months of troubleshooting and even then it will still claim that a perfectly good tire and wheel, like a Michelin on a cast wheel, has excessive road force and no matter how many times it's indexed, it's always way off. The car will ride perfectly smooth with the tires, but the machine says it can't.
We are really sorry that you are having balancer issues! Honestly, your experience doesn't sound like normal operation to us. After discussing your troubles with our product manager, he and I agree that something should be done to correct this issue. Because we are conversing via UA-cam comments, I can only ask that you reach out to us in a more direct manner. Please recontact your local Hunter Service Rep, as they are the one's that can get hand's-on your machine, look deeper into the software system, diagnose the problem, and re-adjust it to regular working condition. @@HunterLearningChannel thank you for your prompt reply. I believe part of the problem is that this machine was bought at a discount from another shop that was having difficulties with it but the shop manager wasn't aware of that when he bought it.
