Reset forgotten user password in Ubuntu 22 04 LTS | WSL2

This video is going to be about how to reset the forgotten user’s password on Ubuntu Linux which is installed as a Windows Subsystem for Linux in Windows 11 operating system.

Thanks for the tutorials, however, you can use this simpler approach: open your windows cmd , then type wsl --user root, afterwards, you can type in the new password twice. Finally, you can open thr terminal on ubuntu and you are good to go

As you type, the password is typed but it's invisible. That means you don't get the password or any symbol hiding the password is not displayed on the terminal.
