This is the first video I've found of this kind where you've actually positioned the camera in a way where I can clearly see the stitch! THANK YOU. I think the first way you did it is easier for sure. I really appreciate it. My circle stitch looks great.
I only came to figure out how to end it, and though it wasn't the main point of the vid, it was the best and most clear one I could find. Thanks so much!!!!
you're welcome ;) if you want to get more into it, try out the superbrick swirl and corkscrew stitches that you can find on my channel. I have a video how to start them but it's not that great. I think the best website to learn how to start it is: boondoggleman.com
Thankyou, great tutorial, with good pacing. Your extra video showing how to start with the cardboard template was a great idea. I am making a bell pull, so I allowed for a loop at the start. I'd like to see how to finish hiding the ends if possible.
Maia Albiss yes I can try to make a tutorial of it, a 3X1 is the common length for a swirl but you can do a swirl with any length from a 2X1 to even on a 5X5. but first I will need to draw pictures for the tutorial ,like I done for most of my stitches tutorial... there is another stitch that is related to the swirl that no one ever done a tutorial on it ,called the chevron stitch. if the swirl is on the twisting family such as circle, twist, tornado, pineapple etc . the chevron comes from the flat family like the box, brick, quad, spiral etc. someday I'll need to make a bunch of videos of general stitches what are the "kinds" of stitches that you can make, how to know what will come from alternating different types of stitch, how can you invent your own type (because there are infinite amount of types), what are the characteristics of a circle type (for example), and a lot more that I never had time to talk about.. If you would like an explanation today of the swirl you can join our facebook group and I'll be happy to upload for you a video that explains how to make a swirl, the facebook group is : facebook.com/groups/1601618443384150/
I tried an i did it, but im still not able to do the finish part thats tieing it how to do that m very confused. Usually i tie a knot to finish it but this end looks so need pls help.
Ellie Haas sometimes when you try making a circle you make by accident a box stitch... you can prevent that by checking if your stitch did switched sides, for example if you had the string pointing towards you is on the right and after you make the stitch its on the left , it means that you made a box stitch
If it doesn't work, I recommend to maybe understand the overall aspect of square(box) and circle(barrel) stitches. Here's a vid I did for this. The main conclusion is at the end, and you do need to watch most of the vid to understand. Let me know if you still don't understand after watching all this video. The link: ua-cam.com/video/pHdBw_boBMQ/v-deo.html
was that circle stitch.?? please use one dark string and one light string so that we can understand easily... please show me that blue and white one .... I want do that blue and white.. I don't like this video.. 👎👎
+Taylor The Dragon Girl lol , yes in can happen sometimes. I'm planning to add a video about it in about 2 weeks. how to know if you made a square (box) or a circle
+Taylor The Dragon Girl hey, I have now a vid that can help you understand some differences of the box and circle. (here's a link)- ua-cam.com/video/pHdBw_boBMQ/v-deo.html
+Taylor The Dragon Girl its easy i done box into circle into a box again and finished in a box.... then i done a box into a traingle and finished in a traingle
Sydney Armstrong i admit, that tutorial wasn't so good. if you want tell me which step you don't understand and i'll try to explain in a new tutorial. don't worry it just take time for me to understand what people have trouble with.. I'm a human after all..

YOUR DOING IT HARD
nice video :) can we attach key ring to it??
+smokz Sure
Thanks
pretty cool
I knotted as soon as I saw the video... 😂
So do we fold blue and put brown over and under every single time or do we switch colors?
Plz answer!!
You can choose any color you want for any stitch you make , as long as you place it diagonally.
I still can’t do it
Can you try to make a swirl lanyard I don't know if that the right name but there's no good tutorials on it so can you please make one
Maia Albiss yes I can try to make a tutorial of it, a 3X1 is the common length for a swirl but you can do a swirl with any length from a 2X1 to even on a 5X5. but first I will need to draw pictures for the tutorial ,like I done for most of my stitches tutorial...

ua-cam.com/video/rhowkQ23VOk/v-deo.html
thank you
+Maia Albiss you're welcome ;)
Nice
Great tutorial but it was a little slow for me
It is a box knot
hi dude what is the name of material
Rexlace
@@1anya7d thank you
I made one and I do not know how to end it
I tried an i did it, but im still not able to do the finish part thats tieing it how to do that m very confused. Usually i tie a knot to finish it but this end looks so need pls help.
can i make a loop on this stitch
+yasmin algohary ya sure
LanYarD you dont have to be so rude
J Jesus mesillas how was he rude lmao
6 strings circle i used to make
The harder way is best for me
I got a best result bro
For me the "easier"way to make the circle stitch was harder than the "harder"way to make the stitch
Thank u exactly sameee because was watching this and I knew I wasn't gonna like the so called "harder one" it was way easier tho
FirePikachu 123 The "easy" one is fucking torture
FirePikachu 123 Mr too
OMG same!
Thank's
I mean so good
I am WAY TOO LATE, but isn't that the same as the box stitch?
Starting is the same. continuing is a little different
Oh, Okay. BTW, i like your tutorials.
Where do we get these from?
+love n'crazy timz depends on what brand. I use Rexlace spools , it's available I think in Michaels. Or you can go to their website rexlaceclub.com
LanYarD нхфгххпп
What length is the string?
Can u make a video of square stich plz plz i beg yu
you can check on my channel. If you don't find, there are plenty of videos and website that explains it.
2020 like
I did one today but not the circle stich
Once when I do 4 or 5 stiches it won't let me do it any more.
Ellie Haas sometimes when you try making a circle you make by accident a box stitch...
you can prevent that by checking if your stitch did switched sides, for example if you had the string pointing towards you is on the right and after you make the stitch its on the left , it means that you made a box stitch
thank you so much!
The last step is so tricky
So is it just a 1x1 corkscrew?
mayhapra your best
Can we start this with a cirlcle string?
sure
i like circle scooby
where they showed circle Scooby...
hi there i would like to know where to get the cord from or if it is called something else can some one tell me
Why is it so hard like if it is hard😊
bernie lynn i agree
Tried 3 times and still doesn't work :(
If it doesn't work, I recommend to maybe understand the overall aspect of square(box) and circle(barrel) stitches.

Try garder
was that circle stitch.??
please use one dark string and one light string so that we can understand easily...
please show me that blue and white one ....
I want do that blue and white..
I don't like this video.. 👎👎
Kallapa Bhogan ok u dont have to like this vid just becuz he dint have white and blue
This is pineapple Scooby
why don't you start with a loop instead of just finding the middle of the string
if you don't start with the center, at the end of the day one of the sides will be used up. it's not officiant
the easy one was wayy harder than the "hard" way
nice
I don't understand handle making
That is the swirl
thank you I didn't get it at all
cool
Do good
The beginning doesn't comeout rught
+Karina Roque the beginning is the hardest part , boondoggleman.com for me is the best to explain how to start, try him
Ok thnkz
"harder way" is easier than the easy way
The 2nd way is easier that's how I do mine and the first one is harder
Gabby Daniel Ok, thanks for sharing. I'll remember that, for next time when I'll make a similar tutorial
why you make it look so hard man?
felt as though this video was unnecessarily slow.. thanks for the help though
OHHH so this is what happened to my box stich i did this DERP
+Taylor The Dragon Girl lol , yes in can happen sometimes. I'm planning to add a video about it in about 2 weeks. how to know if you made a square (box) or a circle
LanYarD i have a really funky one its twists turns got some box stich some circle stick a bit of everything ~:)
If that was the easy way cant imagine the hard way lol
I still don't get it ;-;
Then do it with paracord it's easier - ua-cam.com/video/ptcgZDkKQ0Y/v-deo.html
poopy tastes so good its yummy
i dont square scoobie into a traingle it was easy as fuck
I click and nothing..
I have better scobbie strings than those not being rude but yeah
+Ami Bamba From where?
LanYarD + ebay the 100 pack
no offense but the harder way is easier than the easy way:(
You expected us to watch the WHOLE PROCESS of you making it?
Sorry to say this landyardD put this video did not really help me at all
+Cynthia Toone Thats fine, try to check out Laneyard video on that
ok
IT DOESNT WORK
Sydney Armstrong i admit, that tutorial wasn't so good. if you want tell me which step you don't understand and i'll try to explain in a new tutorial. don't worry it just take time for me to understand what people have trouble with.. I'm a human after all..
yeah
I don't understand a shit u just did.
