Hello, I had the same flashing light on a Rumble 100 which was never sold or played, right from factory. In my case the switching IC from the SMPS was not soldered properly, PIN 7 which connects to the current sensing resistor was not soldered at all. In suspect any problem in the power supply circuit which leads to shut down and restart of the switching IC will result in the flashing light.
I am having this exact problem I saw in the comments you changed a diode near the transformer and it fixed it which marked letter and number did you change
My Rumble 100 died. Bought it used 3 momths ago and used it every day. Then, a flashing light aaand, nothing except low scratchy sound. Love Fender but this just really put me off of non tube amps. My 40 year old Ampeg is still sounding beautiful.
My Rumble 500 Head just died. I bought it two years ago as a back up to the 500 Combo and only used it one time. I've been carrying around as a back up amp for almost two years only to find out I had no back up. What a joke. I wish I had your patience and skills to fix mine.
Have all these issues been solved by fender for these amps or should we shy away from these defective RISK Products anyone else out there having problems with them here in late 2023
That capacitor is short in a working unit, it simply connects the ground of amplifier circuit to chassis, if you look near the opto isolators there is a 0 Ohm smd resistor fitted at a location marked C380… if you remove this your short will be gone (note this must be a stuffing error as there should be a capacitor in that location…
just want to share to others looking for a solution.. i had same Fender Rumble 100 240v with exactly same probelm.. replaced the diode labelled KE300A and it solved the problem.. on the circuit board it is labelled as DV300.. hope this helps..
@@ridzuanawang3193what's up bro, I didn't found any diode with that label. Can you tell me which area or component does that diode is near? I have a fender rumble 100 too.

it was Diode near transformer
