Years ago Benny Bell appeared on The Uncle Floyd Show. By that time he was elderly.
I used to have this recording on a 45rpm vinyl record.

Has to be an East Coast pressing (besides the matter of both Mr. Bell and Mr. Wynn working out of New York), as the label typesetting betrays an origin from Keystone Printed Specialties Co., Inc., of Scranton, PA.
And at least the record, in terms of surface noise, doesn't sound like sh-- shaving cream . . . (aw, you know the rest). Almost up there with Vanguard's transfer to tape. (I say almost because I seemed to detect a few milliseconds shaved off the open on the Vanguard ish', possibly the close as well.)
