I don't really do much on quicktime, and I use an iMac from 2013 for most of my time on quicktime. Sometimes I use it on my M1 MacBook Air, but that's really when I'm on vacation.

Correct me if im wrong, but if it records to the ram, then does that mean your computer gets slower the more you record until your done recording?
