For their fans, this has become legendary. I've watched the video at least 6 times fully through. It's nearly the perfect setlist for me and they played their songs perfectly. They really DO need that prime time spot at festivals... Organizers need to wake up..
The security guy is a legend and no doubt if not already a Maidiac he is now. How spectacular are the Maids I get so fcken happy for them I almost - or maybe do - start crying and I'm 64 for fck sake 🤣 thanks and a big Kanpai from Australia Po 👍🍻🍻
I'm exactly the same age, live on the other side of the planet from you, and have the same emotional reaction to this band....My wife and I just saw them in Nashville, and I admit, I got moist a few times actually seeing them live
@@kevinlane7555 Nice one, thanks, I really appreciate it 👍 I intend to see the Maids in 2024, I've decided to dig into my retirement savings to travel to wherever they will be playing in the world, I reckon it will be money well spent and now I'll make sure to bring extra tissues for the gigs I go to 😄 What a band. @@FilAmConnections there's is a video from pointfest. The whole set, I believe the name of the channel is sunnyskiesblue. Even incubus guitarist was rocking in the backstage😂

Saiki has just stepped up so much, not only her vocals but her command of stage and crowd. In situations like this, at festivals, where it is not necessarily a Band Maid audience, she is going to be the focal point for most people....and man does she deliver......Everyone really shone on this tour, and I feel confident that their festival performances won them some new fans
I’ve been hearing similar observations about the whole band, specially Saiki. I saw them in March and cannot wait to see their again this August in Anaheim!

I was there just down the rail from Stretch, I'm so so happy for this recording. The Maids were on fire that night, and there's up to 10 000 people behind us!!! My second Band-Maid show, and I'm going to Denver in August! ❤

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I saw them a few days later in Nashville and they performed with that same energy as Rockville. It's amazing how it doesn't seem to matter to them the venue size as they seem to always give their best effort.

FilAm, I attended their show at the Buckhead Theater in Atlanta. I love all their music, but they played "Screaming" and I'm a big fan of that song.
I’m loving the older songs on this tour, though in general I like the newer music. One and only and screaming were awesome in this performance.
I think it’s because they have rearranged them to better make better use of Miku’s much improved guitar skills. I noticed in videos of this tour and when I saw them that Miku, well something is different about her now. Like she played guitar before, but now she is a guitar player. No surprise I guess. They all have grown massively. Their stage confidence when I saw them in Detroit was off the scale.

They just need a chance to headline a festival to break down the door forever.
These cameras were supposed to generate images for the big screens. There are famcans where you can look at the big screens and see how good the show was. The show was epic and everything that happened that day conspired in the Maids' favor.
