Thank you for your wonderful videos. Great music "rock" born in the United States. I think that people who spent the time when "rock" was shining were able to listen to nostalgic real "rock". All of their songs and playing techniques are world class. They are goddesses who restart the great "rock". Please support me.

Glad you had a great time. Pretty much the same set-list as Portland, but you got Shambles, which they talked about here but didn’t play. They are all in strong form, especially Saiki. Every song is a gem and a highlight. I really hope they get over to England and Europe, and somehow find time to record a new album. Good memories..
Even if the Maids only came over to my house to say "Hi Gary-san sorry we haven't played here since 2019" that would cheer me up.🙂
The show was great. I was expecting Shambles since it was the final show of the US tour but after they mentioned the MV I was thinking maybe they wouldnt play it lol. Everyone was absolutely amazing. I agree, they spent a lot of time over here so Europe is in need of a tour now :)
I was standing right behind you, I've been waiting for your upload. It doesn't disappoint. Very impressive sound with that mic connector you had plugged in. Misa and Kanami duels sound perfect!!! Love it!

The mic works very well, I got things dialed in pretty good after recording 5 or so shows over the past couple years.

@@Shreddawg I didn't notice, but I was curious how long before the screen was going to start shaking, ha! The camera did block my Misa view but to have this video capturing the duels, by all means set up the tripod, ha!

I guess I generally dont pay much attention to people behind me because I am not very tall so its usually not much of an issue. We were all packed in there pretty tight for this show though.

Awesome, another full concert video! Yours is so close to the stage so u really kept your hands steady. I sat in the vip seats way in the back & had a place to rest my elbows... was Misa's bass guitar loud where u stood? The audio on your video sounds well balanced.
Thank you for the kind words! It was very difficult to capture since I am short and I was 5 or 6 rows back. I essentially held my phone over my head during every song. I had to take a break from recording during the omajinai time haha it was getting painful.
I could hear MISA's bass perfectly where I was. I was surprised how balanced the sound was where I was. Often times if you are off to the side, its difficult to capture the instruments from the opposite side of the stage.

I think I was 5 or 6 rows back for this show. Last year in San Diego I was all the way up front.
"from now on" is probably my favorite BAND-MAID song of all time. Kanami really captures a lot of emotion with the guitar.
I feel like she replaces the missing Saiki vocals with her guitar. :)

The video was a bit difficult to capture from 5-6 rows back and it doesnt help that I am short lol.
I did what I could from in the crowd haha. With every show I have attempted to record, the audio gets a bit better. I am happy to share the videos as long as the audio comes out good, even if the video is a bit sloppy at points. :)

Glad you enjoyed it. I agree too, I could not get Akane at all. She was always blocked by someone. I thought for sure there would be a solo during FREEDOM but that didnt happen >.>
I was 5-6 rows back and between MISA/Miku so trying to capture her was a bit difficult. I could get glimpses of her during some of the solos but I had to try capture the solos.

LOL it was funny, Curtis was in most of my video , its his hat captured on the bottom right. I was 2 or 3 rows behind him.

Hey, I was at this show! I’m shocked by how good the audio quality is. Did you sneak profile at in there somehow? No way that’s a phone… Good work.
It was a great show! I used a Galaxy S23 Ultra with a small USB-C microphone attached. I had just got the phone a few days before this show so the video was not as good as it should have been but the audio came out very good. Ive been using the same small USB-C mic for a couple years now so I got it dialed in pretty well!

Thank you so much! I upgraded my phone to try and capture better video but I was 5-6 rows back for this show so it was difficult. I am very happy with the audio, I have been working to make every show I record as good as possible! I will try and record the next show in 4K. I didnt want to risk missing this show if I attempted a 4K recording lol.
I am happy a lot of people have enjoyed the video, it makes all the work worth it!

I was surprised to see this pop up, I was worried you would be flooded out, or dodging mudslides, or be without electricity. I'm hoping you didn't get any storm damage. You did a great job with video footage and the audio mix was great too. I figured with you being so close to Misa's amps that I'd have trouble hearing Kanami, but your audio was great. Your mom and Tiffatron looked pretty awesome too!

I have to keep going back and rewatching things. The maids area always doing something in the background to make each other laugh. Its really quite funny. This was a good a good point to re-watch, thanks for spotting it and sharing!

Its pretty cool being able to meet so many people and in case you havent noticed, I do have a big mouth so chatting with people is awesome for me lol.
I handed out a bunch of water as well. I always like to hand stuff out when its a local show since a lot of people travel quite a bit for the shows. Not to mention it was pretty hot that day so I brought I think around 20 cold water bottles in addition to the coffee which is a necessity lol.

I purchased a new phone to help out with the video as I seem to mostly have audio for these shows dialed in now. It was difficult to film since I was about 5-6 rows back but the video did come out much better than usual for being so far back.

@@Shreddawg damn dude, 6 rows back? you did so well it looks like your only a couple of rows back! and it was really fabulous that you caught Mincho over on your end playing up close for front row fans! it looked like she was only 8-10 feet from you. Maybe a bit of work for you, but it turned out excellent: your video is far higher quality than 80% of Band-Maid fan vidcap videos I have seen. BTW tell mom and Tiff I said "Hiya".
@@fremen6013 Yeah I was pretty far back. The zoom on the new phone is REALLY good. I did have to hold the phone over my head the whole time though >.>
Yeah I try to make each one better than the last one but its a bit difficult.
I will say I am a bit disappointed with the view count on this video considering how difficult it was to film being so far back and essentially how much money I had to spend upgrading my phone.
I currently have 10k views where my last San Diego live has over 39k views. I dont think that video was nearly as good as this one and I was all the way up near the front. Its also tough filming because I miss out quite a bit on the show and I only attended one 10 year anniversary show.
At the end of the day, I guess it doesnt matter since I dont monetize the videos. I really just want to share them and save the experience.
Its just a bit discouraging to spend so much time, effort, and money to essentially have a video bomb. >.>
It makes me reconsider if I will continue to fully film shows or just film songs here and there so I can actually enjoy the show myself.

@@fremen6013 Unforunately I havent found one that will work as they will block my mic.
Now this new phone is even larger as well.
Also at the end of the day, I need to watch how much I am spending on equipment if its essentially going to waste. So its kind of a lose lose situation right now >.>

I really recommend seeing BAND-MAID live if you have the opportunity. They really do put on an amazing show. They are better live than recorded in my opinion.

Yo! Yeah its always great to capture these things. Its always a bit rough to do so when 5-6 rows back but generally I can capture the audio pretty well even if the video quality isnt the best.
Unfortunately I will miss the Hanabie show, Ill be getting ready to head to Japan for 3 weeks mid October so I couldnt take the time off for the Hanabie show >.> Ill be at the PassCode show next month though.
