- This is another visit to one of our apartment blocks...I shall call it the quarry from now on. This bank of sandstone has been left un pruned for 20yrs. Watch how it gets brought back into shape and make planted up later in year. There will be a few videos from this site so it will be in the playlist as ' the quarry"

One of my Hendon spring pins fell apart last week. Despite finding the spring and ring I searched high and low for the pin. This morning I had a eureka moment and remembered this video. Shook the leg and sure enough I could hear the pin. Drilled a10mm hole in the foot and the pin fell out. All reassembled and working. Thanks for the tip Lee. LHL to the rescue 👍

I remember when I first got my tripod ladders, I saw one of your earlier videos, and you mentioned that that can happen with the pins, so I bought three spare pins. Not needed them yet .😊

The pin stuck in the ladders leg has happened to me loads 😂🙈🙈 I just use a bit of garden wire to put though the hole and pull it out 😂

Somebody tell the manufacturers to make a bigger hole at the bottom of the tube? Might reward you with a new, free ladder?

Owww eck! that ledge top is high & very narrow!!! Totally agree sooo nice to see stone or brick work in the landscaping... I bet the houses behind are truly grateful to you for letting so much light into their windows again..... Nice one Lee. You know that fiskars pole pruner, is the bottom orange bit supposed to come off and away from the shaft easily? If you know what i mean. I've got one and wasn't sure. 👍
Yes mate...its for extra long reach wherr you can't grab the slide....also I fing it can cut a lot thicker using that 👍

anyone crying about roots stabilizing the soil - a well taken care of plant will have stronger roots and smaller "top" meaning it'd reinforce the soil better overall. Weeds aren't known to establish nice strong roots. Healthy grass, however... Anyone who's tried to lift nice turf with a shovel will know.
