I love mine. Finicky as hell, but fun as well. I wouldn't recommend it for someone who truly wants to make a very specific sound and needs a work horse, this thing wants to make the sound it wants to make and if you go along with it/lean in, it can do some great things. I always have fun with it. A little eurorack modulation and additional fuzz/distortion and verb to taste and you'll never want to stop.

Agressive but not harsh, what a great synth.
I love my Malevolent. It growls at me when I twist knobs. But go to the somewhat higher tones, add a little reverb and it has this beautiful mixture of grit and sheen.
best review ever on this insane synth. I'm gonna buy one now for my Bday in a few days.

wow looks like perfect bass synth for darkwave industrial! Even better than Novation Bass Station. This and Erica Synths Bassline would be a dream with some drums.

I have to admit I returned mine...felt 'orrible to play for some reason, just a really plastic-y build...despite the deliciously filthy textural sonics. Still tempted to revisit after seeing your demo, great stuff as usual sir!
