Hey thanks for what you do man. I died in 2018 they brought me back, and told me I could never walk again, I was in a wheelchair for 3 years. Made it out of that into a gallbladder problem and almost died 3 more times this year. At 6'2" I went all the way down to 145lbs. Started fixing the gallbladder and started gaining a little weight and now I'm working out hard every day,in 3 months I'm back to a 170lbs and still getting it😊
I love this shitt. I'll be 60 in September and you have inspired me to push myself beyond the limits of my mind. You probably added 20 years to my life. Thank you David Goggins.

When you are working out to this, it's literally like your inner voice gets replaced with Davids and Jockos and you just kill that workout. Imagine if this voice was in your head all the time. You would outperform yourself like crazy all day long.
Dude my question is, I’m struggling with even 2 miles. Like when my chest gets heavy. How do you push through that feeling knowing you’re gonna do it the next day again?
