Pretty sure CR would do a DND game and Larian doesn’t want to do another at the moment. But I agree a through and through passionate studio like Larian is what CR needs for their video game

Kinda odd that a bunch of nerdy-ass voice actors who sit around playing Dungeons and Dragons seem to be focused on everything else except for playing Dungeons and Dragons in the next year or two. Kinda feels like they're moving away from their core identity.
In their defense, Dungeons and Dragons has been mired in controversy after controversy for the last two-ish years. Their core identity has also moved away from them as well.

Larian can try to accommodate daggerheart, or a new system like what they did with divinity. that woudn't confilct with Larian saying no DnD

They still live-play every week on schedule. That's the backbone of everything else they do.
