It's so crazy that Audi is using their software. Just impressive how much power BeamNG has.
i emailed them a while ago trying to get access for a project i was working on as i would rather develop my software on a fake car then move it over, i emailed asking if i was eligable they responded asking some more questions about my project which i answered in a lot of detail then i didn't get a reply, doesn't affect how i view the devs though still love the game could have been a mistake or im just dumb
Maybe they just missed your message.. I'd send them another email with something like "I never got a reply back"
The official ADAS and adaptive cruise control should really be added into BeamNG Drive instead of being limited to Tech, because it would make the game even more realistic with modern cars 😀
Check out the Hirochi CCF mod. It was added to this by the modder

It's cheap compared to any other game out there, that costs 70$ + and comes incomplete or some times not even functional @@Gamro_
I like being part of the journey. As players, we help improvements, not just for the game itself, but for those companies, and the research behind it. It's pretty cool. Beam is still in its infancy. So excited for the future.

BeamNG is finally getting used to it's full potential.
Its cool but i dont think its going to be used for actual crash testing since they already have more capable material simulations which can be used for that.
This just makes me want ACC in BeamNG Drive Now

You can kind of do like half of this via mods
and people say Assetto corsa is better than Beamng in all aspects.. soon Beamng will be the top1 simulator

i know all about this game, but i press like.
Ahhh I knew they wouldn't be making it profitable from steam alone. And I believe that a lot of the cash flow comes from these commercial contracts, like the one with Audi, which will keep the software alive and well for years to come.

@@SkyFall4839 I installed beaming on my laptop and it is great can't run amazing settings but it's fun and this is making it a lot easier to do things with the information from your channel

Everything in this video is vanilla, I tweaked the sky settings in the world editor though, and color corrected in my video editing software.

Hey man, can you help me with my beamng drive, it gets like 50-90 fps and i have a RTX 4070 and it gets 300+ fps when i load in but i'm getting annoyed at it so can you help me? Plz?

The beamngtech devs didn’t want to let me use the software because I don’t use an "academic" email. Do you have an idea to explain them that I only want to try the software ?
If I remember correctly you have to fill out a form, right?
I’d clearly mention that you are a private person who already owns the _.drive_ version and just want to test the software (make use of the sensors for private projects, use it for modding projects etc)
