You're so right! There is NOTHING like homemade bread! I've been making my own bread for over 35 years! With 5 kids we went through a LOT of bread! lol! I did get a bread machine as a gift several years ago, and really enjoyed experimenting with it. It was awesome for pizza dough. Sadly, it broke and we never replaced it. But, now as I like to eat less carbs and avoid real bread, maybe it's time to get a new one. It's just hubby and me at home now, so it will keep up with the bread demand in our home! I do enjoy the actual process of making a big batch of bread while we are at the cabin though. When it gets cold enough I can make 12 loaves and put them in my 'bread box' outside the back door to freeze. Then hubby has sandwiches and toast etc. when ever he likes! But it's very hard to not eat a slice when its still warm from the oven, lol!
I didn't know you had 5 kids. I love using it for pizza dough.
I should have one like this. It save time and energy. . This bread machine looks perfect with all the great features.

We got a bread machine as a wedding gift years ago and I have never even taken it out of the box. I always thing trying it out sometime but never have. I will have to watch your videos making bread to see how easy it is as I really would like to try it - but don't know much about the process. Thanks for sharing this with us!

I really love my old bread machine yes it was the tall one. When I left Ohio I gave it to my back door neighbor. And I've been making dough by hand ever since. I may have to look into this one that's for sure thanks for sharing sweetie🤗🐕👍👍👍👍👍

I used to have a bread machine and used it all the time. We went full time and had to make a choice. When we build our cabin, I’ll have to buy me a new one. I need some of those cook books too.

It was interesting to see all the different options on the bread machine. Lots like it could really make any type of bread you wanted! You should do another video showing us how the bread turns out with your new machine.

My bread machine isn't 30 years old, but it's at least 20 years old! Love using it! You are so right about gluten free products. Have you used buckwheat flour? My sister owns The Maine Crisp company and makes delicious gluten free crisps in Maine. Horizontal loaf sounds cool! Love all those settings...that is hi tech!! I see you are in a boot...hope you get out of it soon!!

That is so cool that you want it. They're not cheap. Do you like it? I like mine. But sometimes I find it difficult to get going compared to my old one. A lot of settings that aren't so straightforward

I have never had a bread machine. I didn't realize it did everything from mixing the ingredients to cooking it. It looks really nice, but I don't know if I would ever use it. I bought a mixer once and never used it at all. lol But, I imagine it would be super useful if you're gluten free as you are. Great overview of the machine. Like 37, thanks for sharing!!

Very interested in the gluten-free bread! What we find in stores is getting better, but it would be nice to make something great. I have luck with quickbreads but I would like a yeast bread.
You are right. It is getting better. I will be testing out some gluten-free recipes in it. So watch out for that. I will be posting a video on my first regular loaf using this new machine November 1. I love them. I gave my old one to my 22 year old. They love it.

No we have never had a bread machine, we try limit our Carbohydrates. But we do have gluten free bread occasionally. I always love the end crusts. Great bread making machine. They have come along way from the first bread makers. Looks like you are going to have some fun making different breads and look forward to the future baking treats. 🤗👍🏽🙏🏽❤
