- Woow this thing really works on 24V DC power supply. I have used the Weidmuller 10A voltage rectifier for power supply, 2x Sony SS-H551 speakers and Samsung PS-EW 2-1 subwoofer 3 ohm.

I will try One Tower Speaker and use by TPA3116D2 board. Two 6 inch speaker 4 oms, 40 RMS & One 8 inch Subwoofer 4 oms, 80 RMS watt. You suggest this configur it is ok ? Or any changes (Details) ? Please Reply soon. Thank you.

Arrange power AC 12v - 24v if low power under 12v sound is down and high power more than 24v so burn you Module Kit TPA 3116 D2.
For Ampere arrange 5A - 10A.

I got the same module, use a 12v@10amp but the bass frecuencies in high level are clipping so bad. I wil be get better results using a 24v@5amp?.. or is the same.

I used one of those with an old laptop power supply and a Bluetooth/mp3/USB/FM front mount panel . Using left ,right , and subwoofer cabinets from an old surround sound in a box system and it made an acceptable small bedroom sound system.
Acceptable for small bedroom? In 4 liters a 10 cm(4 inch) woofer shake my mouse and all around...
@@TheManeliss My left and right speakers I'm using on that amp have 4 inch woofers with 3/4" soft dome tweeters. The small subwoofer has a 6 1/2" driver. That was my old computer sound system and now I have that on a bedroom TV.

@@TheManeliss I'm using an old 19 volts 90w laptop power supply and my left and right channel speakers are a approximately the size of a set of Micca MB 42 x bookshelf speakers the subwoofer I'm using I haven't measured it but it's approximately the size of the link I'll post below

I have 2 projects 2.1 monoblock in parallel building. A 1 liter and a 4.5 liter. Full classD. Filtering before amplifiers. And for the first time... only modules inside. The first with a 3 inch woofer and the other a 4 inch.

It should work perfectly, but be careful, do not exaggerate with volume.. try first where are the limits..

i doubt it, its a class D amp meaning its very efficient with power but it slightly distorts the sound
tanks for the video. I have the same board and the coils of the output en the board, go very hot , i read around 100 degrees centigrade .

You need 24 volts to get the most out of it, 24 volt @ 6amp works well

yes. But more voltage more watts. I used laptop 19V 5Amps and works fine.
I couldn't get any volume out of mine...so i passed 55V @800+amps from my diy power wall through it and the class d chips exploded in fire...best $10 i ever spent on explosives :D

This board can not take voltage more than 25 volts...Google Search for specification sheet of this IC...You will find all details..

I made a 6s 3p lithium ion pack which at full charge is 25.20 volts 6 amp so will it be safe to power the tpa3116 with it ??
max is 24 volt.. it probably could go some volt higher but I thing is not safe.. check the volts on built elements on board..
@@als-techreview I somehow dropped the voltage using diodes from 25.6 to 24.7 but the problem is with the 6 toroidal inductors !! They literally cooked my finger when I touched the board after Playing some bass boosted tracks for about 30 to 45 minutes ! I'm a bit afraid with it because I'm in love with this board the audio quality is great ... Only messy things are it's heating crossovers !! Can you please suggest me some way to keep it safe ?? So that I can play tracks as long as I want without a single fear in my mind ??

Matthew Darren hard to say.. Nobsound is a good amplifier, but is only two channel with no subwoofer out..

It's rated to work from 12V up to 24V, at 12V it will not give you much power a bit less than half.
Use 24v at least 4 a

most work with 12V too,but not as loud. you could get a cheap 1$ step up converter,if you want to use it in your car.
