Well I was going to thank you for not throwing crap on the speaker to prove it is what you say, butt......and I say at least you used a real cabinet for you test. Far better then others that just use crapped out raw speakers!

What happened if in the 3,5 mm stereo input is feeded with mono plug (only one channel)? Output power goes to half?
Just turn up the volume a bit. It is sensitive enough.
The input is stereo summed to mono by way of the NE5532 OPAMP. If your input cable is mono (tip/sleeve) you need to make an adapter to send the tip wire (+) to the ring and tip (L+R) terminals of a 3.5mm stereo plug. That way you get full use of the 3116 chip; 100w max.
even your input is stereo is just only for bass frequency thats coming out in subwoofer..no mids and no high

Yes . . . or rather it has a single low-pass filter on the board.
You input normal 'full' audio and the board filters out all but the sub-bass frequencies and then passes those to the Amp chip.

Hello. Pls help me. Am diy using passive 10" 8ohms subwoofer with tpa 3116 like yours. My receiver is old school without subout and speaker B connection. My main speakers are wharfedale diamond bookshelf edition 75watts rms/channel. Pls be kind enough to show me connections as I don't know much about audio systems. Thanks a lot.
If your receiver doesn't have a pre-amp out, you'll need a plate amp with speaker inputs in order to be able to connect a subwoofer to your receiver.

and also at 3 ohm it gives you somthing like 200 watt or more (less impdance more power) at 2 ohm it gives you 300watt (bridged)

these amps dont really like high ohms believe it or not. you should rahter use a 2 ohm sub. you might be able to squeeze 80W max at best at 24v without noticeable distortion if its a well built and well balanced subwoofer. also if you add your own custom low pass filter before the amp's input you can get (slightly) better frequency response.
at 2ohms it can output 94w

You must have a realy good quality power adapter. All noise come from bad power adapter and from input cable.
