Nothing wrong with the salary. The manager is rightfully rewarded for their services. I put in extra effort in my last job and was rewarded with more work. I quit the job and went back to poverty and can only wish for the same treatment the manager is getting rather than the vitriol i received for knowing the business processes well and knowing my job well. Congrats to anyone who put in minimal effort and attained maximum reward for their services
