I love how you even consider how the ring will look better based on the ratio between the diamond and the customer’s finger. Your expertise is second to none Bonnie ❤️
This right here👆🏻is what makes @ByBonnieJewelry the GOAT. She uses her expertise for her clients’ best interest, ensuring that they receive the ring of their dreams. I think this is what finding one’s passion looks like. 🤔
I discovered this many years ago as one of the first online cut nuts, the cut qualities even from such high end companies really vary, always do your homework buyers before parting with your cash. It can be very difficult to find an elongated fancy shape that's a great light performer with a minimal or no bow tie, so an expert like Bonnie being your eyes, is priceless.
The well known, over-priced, but usually very good quality store (to be fair) you reference always had prongs that are too thick in their settings; I agree. I’ve actually commented on that myself in a video. I’d chose your beautiful craftsmanship and open communication over the little box anytime! The pear-shaped diamond you curated is absolutely gorgeous. Wow!!!
I agree. I was always in love with a ring from said store. Realistically I know I wasn’t going to be able to afford said ring but I found Bonnie and she created a beautiful ring inspired by it. It is so much better than the big brand one. The prongs are not so chunky and I still stare at it every single day since I got it almost a year ago. Bonnie is truly amazing.
I am shocked by the original ring! I noticed the bow tie right away. The ring you created is stunning!! So much better!! Did the couple get their refund from the other store?
I having a same problem with jeweler my is natural oval but They don’t let me return then they said can find me a different diamond to replace it, it been almost a year they keep saying the vendor couldn’t find any , in this situation Do I have a right to make them do it? What should I do Bonnie?
So sorry that happened to any client..that salesperson did not have a GIA DEGREE. and didn't care about any sale of any product... so sad...go find another job..the chain should have cut a check before the customer walked out the doors.. Jewelry stores have $$$to cover paying vendors that walk in without apptments. Nice sale for you BONNIE.. ROCK ON.. ID BE CALLING CORP ON THAT CHAIN, no matter what dam colour the box was... Good sale, and ya made 2 people happy...♡
Happened to me too. We bought a Tiffany ring, so expensive, but didn't like it for many reason (it didn't even sits flush). Definitely planning on going to Bonnie for my next ring.
I went into Tiffany’s there was a 3 carat round with a very obvious inclusion right in the middle. $100,000. I pointed out the aforementioned to the sales person. Basically many people want a ring from Tiffany’s. Nothing else matters. I guess that’s on them. Somebody’s going to buy it for that price. Tiffany’s is the worst!
Hey there! We have a UA-cam short on Why you need to consider "in-between" carat sizes! 💎 Feel free to check it out! Here's our link: ua-cam.com/users/shorts1tQdI7Ryomg
hang on - that clip, that re-setting clip, that's from Modern Goldsmith. Do you know each other? Do you have permission? That's cool if you do, if you're just using his stuff without permission, that's really dodgy!!
Sorry, but if you prove that youve returned it, you can dispute the charge with the credit card company. If cash was used, cash is refunded upon return of the ring. Period. Refunds dont take months if they dealt with a high end company.
This is a very weird situation. Was it maybe purchased through the store credit card? The size of the stone could of been around $100k This might of affected the 30 day return policy.
this is 10s of 1000s of dollars purchase. Tiffany need to vet what they are returning is what they bought. Ie- sent to their specialists to ensure they're not getting back a cubic zirconia or another subpar diamond.
At 4:17 you showed the old ring at an angle to enhance the bowtie and showed the new ring from a true front facing angle. Light refraction and angles are everything. I hate when people use these tricks to make their products seem superior, seems dishonest.
I have never before seen a T&C diamond look this bad, I was shocked. I do have a piece of diamond jewelry from them (not an engagement ring) and it is gorgeous however, I do know other jewelers can give a person just as good quality if not better for much less money and paying for the brand name is just silly. I did not buy it myself, it was a gift and I did say (honestly) "you shouldn't have" because I know they are overpriced. Bonnie's ring looks much better. I do have to say though that T&C does have great quality diamonds and they do reject 90% of the diamonds sent to them so how this diamond got past their strict curation is beyond me. Also, I do have to disagree with one thing Bonnie said and that is that they are famous for the color of their box. This is not true, they are not famous for the color of the box, the box is famous because it came from T&C. If it were purple it would be the same thing, because it represents the brand name.

Is there a reason you don't have marquise cut stones on your website?
I love how you even consider how the ring will look better based on the ratio between the diamond and the customer’s finger. Your expertise is second to none Bonnie ❤️
THANK YOU for noticing that. Hugs! Xoxo

I am shocked by the original ring! I noticed the bow tie right away. The ring you created is stunning!! So much better!! Did the couple get their refund from the other store?
After weeks of calling and messaging, they eventually did! I am glad you like her new ring :) It was breath taking in person.
I having a same problem with jeweler my is natural oval but They don’t let me return then they said can find me a different diamond to replace it, it been almost a year they keep saying the vendor couldn’t find any , in this situation Do I have a right to make them do it? What should I do Bonnie?

You can also come to the US if you want ;-) -Team By Bonnie 💎
Hi Bonnie!! Could you do a video on the difference between your regular 6 prong setting vs a knifes edge?? ❤
Great idea! We can add this to our queue of content for either UA-cam or Instagram :-) -Team By Bonnie 💎
The old ring was really a disaster 😟 Such a bad stone 😮 The new ring 💍 is worth every cent!
That ring😍😍😍 Thank you for the informative videos every time!
Happened to me too. We bought a Tiffany ring, so expensive, but didn't like it for many reason (it didn't even sits flush). Definitely planning on going to Bonnie for my next ring.
My husbands band is from Tiffany. 😂❤

I don't think it's the inclusion, it might be the bow tie effect, happens to oval and pear shape a lot.
Bonnie completely out of subject but I wanna know what Eyeshadow palette you use cuz I love your makeup every time❤
Its an old Mac one that I have! ^^
Where can I buy this setting?
My dream ring!
🥰💎
Bonnie I'm in love with this ring can you please pair it with a oval wedding band?😊
Do you have any videos for ring sizes and what you can get for certain budgets?

Angel on earth 🤍
How long will it take the client to get her money back? Six months...wait you will see.
T&C does allow people to return rings, but thats pretty much the only thing you can return to T&C
hang on - that clip, that re-setting clip, that's from Modern Goldsmith. Do you know each other? Do you have permission? That's cool if you do, if you're just using his stuff without permission, that's really dodgy!!
Good eye!!!! You are right, that's from Modern Goldsmith!

I can’t believe they didn’t return the money at the time of ring return!!!

It took many many weeks of calling, emailing, texting. But in the end, they received the refund! (And now has a By Bonnie ring ^^)

Same experience. You expect quality from big name jewlers . But it seems to me they sell only the dog sht

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING WORK! You are officially the “engagement ring whisper” 🪄BTW, your blouse is lovely 🥰 Where did you get it?
Thank you dear! I got the top from Zara!
