@@SMKWcom yeah, just wish their were more knifes in 14C28N (neck knife wise)... been thinking about picking up the vosteed raccoon tho... But not a big fan of folders... I also had the giant mouse fixed blade in Elmax I think it was, but got stolen from my damn car... that was an expensive knife that I had I really loved using and having... But, I haven't replaced it due to limitations to the budget.... right now I think it's more important to save money up for the future, who knows what the economic deficits going to be a few years from now 😔... either way one day I'll save up enough funds to get a new knife though lol... Anyways, take care boss and thanks for all the knife reviews 😎✌️
I carried the crkt when they first came out for years but the retention got so loose it would fall out in my shirt which was.. no bueno. I switched to the ARK in H2 steel by Spyderco. Great retention tab so no accidental stabby stabby. Can wear it and forget it, even swimming at the beach. No worries with the H2. Great vid as always amigo!
I love the Izula and have been using it. Of the others showed that I think I like the TOPS best. However, I just picked up the Candiru for pocket and/or neck and will be get it a try. What I like about neck carry is the knife is not cluttering up the pocket and is easy to reach and put away. The introduction of form-fitting scabbards that allow easy one-hand access and secure carry while the knife dangles upside down really changed the game when it came to neck carrying a knife.
Gotta love a great neck knife. I gifted my father a Minimalist in the Persian blade. He uses it as his letter opener. Loves it! The G-Necker is a nice slab of Elmax for the price too! Great video.
I enjoy both the Minimalist and the QSP Osprey, those 2 knives have kickstarted a love for "3 finger" fixed blades with a lanyard/fob, but I prefer to carry them in pocket. My favorite neck knife is the Hogue Extrak. Super slim and lightweight M4/G-10 sharpness. Y'all need to carry them. The best review I heard about it is "It's what the Benchmade Altitude wanted to be."
Hey TC, another great video brother. I’ve got the minimalist and the Izula and agree with your take, both are great knives! I’ve been wanting to pick up that TOPS MSK for a while now, I think it’s time! Thanks for another great video 🤠🤜🇺🇸
Hello mon ami 🇺🇸🫡 vidéo géniale avec de très jolies couteaux EDC pour moi ils sont tous phénoménal mes j'ai bien aimé le esee izula simple mes qui fait son effet 👍 SMKW 💯 TC 💯
Great video once again TC! Best neck knife IMO is the White River ATK. It has been the most comfortable and unobtrusive that I’ve tried. Also it is thin enough to wear under your shirt if you want.
Man I really love everything TC mentioned. A couple others worth looking at include the CRKT S.P.E.W. in SMKW exclusive D2 and the QSP Neckmuk. I'm also a huge fan of the Becker BK14, but even though they class it as a neck knife I think it's way too heavy for anything but belt carry.
I'm not really a bushcraft guy. I'm more of a city guy. I carry most of my knives for obvious reasons. I started with the Schrade karambit for my first neck knife. The kydex won't hold the blade to my satisfaction. I usually carry a ccanku c1149 in my pocket because of the loose karambit situation. I also carry a cheap cheap box cutter. I found it very useful for over a decade. Break the blade and replace it. I am going to start a run with the mtech 2030. Hopefully it goes well. See you around friend.
I have been carrying a Brisa Necker. I haven’t watched the video yet and I am going out on a limb and bet mine has something that none of your five has is scandi grind, solid knife at a decent price.
I love a small fixed blade but belt or pocket carry is my preference. I always feel weird with stuff around my neck. I've been carrying the new Razel Compact
Game changer: If a handle is either just a bit too thin for you, or doesn't have scales, get some electrical heat shrink from the hardware store in whichever size is appropriate. Have used this trick on my Bradford G-Necker to replace scales, my CJRB Silax because the handle is just a bit too thin for my mitts, and my black Civivi Elementum fixed blade because I don't care for the texture. You obviously stop where the sheath starts, which will generally leave about a one finger width uncovered, which is suprisingly ergonomic along the lines of Extrema Ratio's handle designs.
I'd love the minimalist but dislike the blade steel. Please let us know when it's released in M390 or Magnacut blade steel. I have 2 Mikros by MKM. Drop point and sheep's foot. I love that one. That leather sheath is pretty cool. I wear it as a neck knife.
Idk why I never think to try my izula as a neck knife. I have the gibson pinch by esee for a neck knife but i dont like the way it smells lmfao. Im trying to find a pretty adventurecraft/exodus. It would be cool to find a pendant like neck knife
Super cool but being a city dweller it seems less practical to a folding pocket knife. If I was out in the woods I’d totally carry one as backup to a larger fixed and it would feel so dang cool.
WHITE RIVER BACKPACKER IS BETTER THAN ALL OF THESE BY FAR.FACT IM NOW TESTING BRADFORD (DONT LAUGH) PARING KNIFE MAGNACUT....IT MAY BE THE NEW CHAMP ( FOR LIGHT EDC USE)
I love neck knives. That was a fabulous line up TC!
Thanks for watching Greg!
The Minimalist is the best neck knife IMO.
Good opinion to have. We always say the best knife to have is the one you have with you
The minimalist is my favorite
I love neck knives great selection! Thank you TC and thank you Smoky Mountain knife Works🤠🤠🤠
Neck knives give you such a great option!
My top two are, Tops Knives TPMSK25C: Mini Scandi Currin 1776... And my QSP canary in 14C28N.... Just depends on what I'm doing that day 😎✌️
Changing up the EDC rotation is never a bad thing

I wear the Esee Izula daily. I bought the micaeta scales for mine. I really love this knife.

Everyone goes gaga over the Izula so much, it’s good to see the MSK get some airtime. 👍🏼👍🏼
I huge TopKnives lover!! 😅😅Suspect for telling my favorite😊😊

Bought that G Cleaver on a whim because it's Elmax and it's become my favorite EDC. Did add some grip tape to it and the sheath to eliminate the noise
Man. The stonewash on the bradford is fire. I love the look if the MKM's. I gotta get me a minimalist.
All of them are awesome Mike!
The minimalist katana is my favourite ! Can beat it up and the scratches blend In because of the stonewash finish
The Minimalist is awesome!
I wish they would bring the BK24 back, a great mix of the BK11, and Izula, but in in D2 instead of 1095. I absolutely love mine.
Your tiny hands makes those blades look HUGE , perfect man for the video . Just a little friendly Trolling my friend lol .
It was a tossup between the Minimalist and the Izula. I went with the Minimalist drop point since it's not coated with asphalt.
Nice that's a lot of great choices!!
I m using the fox elementum dagger as a neck knife😄
Great video once again TC! Best neck knife IMO is the White River ATK. It has been the most comfortable and unobtrusive that I’ve tried. Also it is thin enough to wear under your shirt if you want.
We love the ATK!
When are you going to get the pre ordered Case knives in and shipped out ?
We have them on order but no firm ETA
Izula looks great to me
Izula is a great knife!
Hey TC. Great video. The Esee with the kit I like. I got the RB3 so I’m an Esee fan.Although the Bradford is pretty sweet as well. See ya SMKWo
Crkt minimalist, hands down the best.
The buck pak-lite makes a good neck knife too.
Buck makes some great blades!
I have the clip-point D2 minimalist - good knife. The QSP neckmuk is one I’d like to try, because it’s goofy-looking, and has a great name.
I love the minimalist and S.P.E.W. I really want an izula tho, its on my list to get.

That's awesome!
I have been carrying a Brisa Necker. I haven’t watched the video yet and I am going out on a limb and bet mine has something that none of your five has is scandi grind, solid knife at a decent price.
Dang, you had to pull out a Tops LOL!
I love a small fixed blade but belt or pocket carry is my preference. I always feel weird with stuff around my neck. I've been carrying the new Razel Compact
Having a fixed blade is always a great option!
I was sitting here thinking surely he's not gonna overlook the Izula. I've had and carried 1 for years. Not around the neck but I love mine
The Izula is great carry on hip, scout, or neck 👍

I've just ordered the spyderco subway, what do you think of that knife 🔪?
We love the Subway! Great little fixed blade and Lc-200-N is awesome
I'd love the minimalist but dislike the blade steel. Please let us know when it's released in M390 or Magnacut blade steel. I have 2 Mikros by MKM. Drop point and sheep's foot. I love that one. That leather sheath is pretty cool. I wear it as a neck knife.
I switch between my Bowie minimalist and my Tops MSK 2.5
I like them all but my hands are way too big to use them but there are nice!!
Idk why I never think to try my izula as a neck knife. I have the gibson pinch by esee for a neck knife but i dont like the way it smells lmfao. Im trying to find a pretty adventurecraft/exodus. It would be cool to find a pendant like neck knife
Issac is a knife sniffer too!
Super cool but being a city dweller it seems less practical to a folding pocket knife. If I was out in the woods I’d totally carry one as backup to a larger fixed and it would feel so dang cool.
I like the Minimalist but the handle is too small. I personally love the esse izula 2.
Love the IZULA
My leettllee friends!
I have the spearpoint minimalist, great knife. Terrible sheath!
We really dig the Minimalist series
Neck knives are great if you live near the beach and are always wearing tanks, flip flops and board shorts, lol.
The minimalist was cool… until I got home from work with only a sheath.
WHITE RIVER BACKPACKER IS BETTER THAN ALL OF THESE BY FAR.FACT IM NOW TESTING BRADFORD (DONT LAUGH) PARING KNIFE MAGNACUT....IT MAY BE THE NEW CHAMP ( FOR LIGHT EDC USE)
The minimalist is ok but the steel sucks.
The Esee 3 would have been a lot better than the Ezula. I'm not a fan of the Ezula.
