Nope! Maybe in the 600s because of the size. Luxury homes have 9 foot doors, soft close cabinets, updated everything! Whoever the realtor is, needs to drop that price! This is probably a foreclosure!
So I watched the chandler townhouse video 1st. Yes luxury, the next video was the house...very nice liked the cabinets..but...wow what a price! I know...location, location, location. I would love that backyard ! Keep up the good work Super!!
Fulton Ranch is a great community. I lived in Chandler 10 years and it was the best place I ever lived until it got over crowded and over priced like this home.
I like it. I like the floor plan. The kitchen is fine. I like the shutters throughout. Don’t like the gray on the walls. A soft warm white color would lighten the house and complement the floors better. Was this a flip? It appears to be. Utility bills would be a killer. Nobody wants to be upstairs during the summer. Too hot. Good house for a large family. Nothing really wow but it’s a good house. I like the exterior. I like the Spanish flair. Nice big lot is really appealing but landscaping is so very expensive now. 75-100 grand to add a pool, easy. It seems priced right, Chandler is more expensive than other suburbs. I give the house an 8.5
I love this house you have room everywhere you go and I like the wall separations to define each room, I think the first room downstairs would make a good office or "studio" for the You Tubers and Tic Tacker's, everything is good BUT you are going to drop $100 Grand if you want to update or more than a $100 Grand if you want the "Modern" look and the back yard is a $200 Grand easy to turn the jungle into a Dream Oasis. I give the house an 8 overall house score because it is move in ready for an older buyer, not so much for the new movers and shakers. I don't see a Million Dollar Home there; you are going to shell out a couple $100 Grand just to get close to a Mill.
09/06/24 First, loveeeeeeeeeeeee the outfits you wear when you are showing properties, always well-groomed! Love the spacious laundry room! That was it for me. Beautifulllllllllll area but the home itself lacked Luxury for the price they are asking in my opinion. Again great video as always. Good job! :)
That's just a large cookie-cutter home at that price point. When the asking is withing spitting distance of a mill, people can afford to be picky about features and furnishings...which explains the length of time it's been on the market. Must be in a desirable, upscale neighborhood/area.
Definitely wouldn’t consider this a mansion. Pretty much a big basic house. Surprised at the price. I wonder what the other houses in the area go for. The house is move in ready for someone who doesn’t want to do a bunch of work. I’d rate it a 7. I used to live in Chandler, Ocotillo’s a nice area.
I hate when I see homes that have never had the backyard landscaped. Not a fan of the staggered kitchen cabinets either. I like the home, but more of a huge box like home. I can't imagine my a/c bill living there. Especially since it's a second story in the valley. Yikes!
I'm not feeling this place at all. Laundry room needs to be upstairs, no high-end appliances and no pool like the one you showed yesterday. Just standard everything. Looks cheap, would have to put a lot of work into.
Nice home not dated but not worth $975,000 there is nothing spectacular about the house. I guess a person would be paying 2 live in the area. Also I would give the house a 7 that'll my score.😀
Basic, not luxury. Anyone with a million plus budget isn't going to bother. This is for non affluent people that want to feel rich by living near the affluent.
Its not really a mansion, lol. Not even luxury. It's just a large home. There is nothing really special about it. Very typical build in arizona, where i have lived 30 yrs and have been a real estate agent myself.
Yeah I would give it a 7. I agree with you, there is no wow factor for all of that amount of money.
Nope! Maybe in the 600s because of the size.

Yup.
That desert plant is called the "ocotillo." As a local Realtor keep these videos coming! ❤
I rate it not worth $1M but a great family home with the layout and that giant yard just waiting for a pool!
I just love the older 2000’s AZ homes. Love the space in them compared to new builds. The lot size, home size, and location explains the price.
That yard is the best 😎😎
It needs a little work. But very nice. It’s needs a pool, a grill area, some kind of covered patio.
Yup.
Viewing from Illinois...mansions in AZ look like regular homes to me
But I really do like the kitchen and 4th bedroom
The term "mansion" gets thrown around loosely these days. The criteria clearly need to change from just size.
That’s not considered a mansion by square feet unless it’s 8,000+ square feet
Good morning big super I'm watching you on this Friday morning from Missouri I see you keep uploading videos that's what's up keep them coming
You have really slimmed down❤
Yes, he has.

Love the lot size but I like a more modern home. Yes that’s a pomegranate tree I have one and this heat is stressing it out.
Hey young man😉 Getting all slim on us🎉 Sending love to the wife & kids! Great video, I agree with a 7
Fulton Ranch is a great community. I lived in Chandler 10 years and it was the best place I ever lived until it got over crowded and over priced like this home.
Nope, nope and nope! Not for this price, area is nice but you’re right Super, no wow factor. 7 out of 10 for me factor.
I like it. I like the floor plan. The kitchen is fine. I like the shutters throughout. Don’t like the gray on the walls. A soft warm white color would lighten the house and complement the floors better.

Great job Big Super
THE GARAGES IS 👍 GREAT, THAT HOUSE IS NOT LUXURY HIGH END, IT'S SPACIOUS.
Love the house over priced because it needs some remodeling done
I love the kitchen island. Thats about it.
The problem is people keep buying over priced houses.
You're right definitely could get another house in the backyard but not two😅
Yes I love the blue in the kitchen yes I'm feeling it❤😅
I like it! It is so spacious. It is fine as is and I would make some changes to it. 😁😁
The nerve of them to try and charge that much for this house 😮💨

Next!!!
That first bathroom is not a full bath anyway. It is a 3/4.

Eh, Yeah, not a fan either. Kinda dated for the price
The back yard has lots of the potential.
I would consider this as luxury house but not a mansion.
To be called a bedroom the room must have a closet. If it doesn't have a closet it's considered a bonus room.

8-9 if you actually need all that space/large of a house. I suppose if money is of NO concern, then who cares!?
Well Said!

homes in that price range need to be staged. It doesn't look warm and cozy and I think it would sell right away.
😂😂🚘🚘🚘 Ac running
It looks pretty basic and the ceilings are low. They need to lower the price
I'm not feeling this place at all. Laundry room needs to be upstairs, no high-end appliances and no pool like the one you showed yesterday. Just standard everything. Looks cheap, would have to put a lot of work into.
I think that's an induction range
I understand why it's been on the market for 6 months, not impressed I would spend a lot of money renovations not worth the money.
Yooo that’s nice
Nice home not dated but not worth $975,000 there is nothing spectacular about the house. I guess a person would be paying 2 live in the area. Also I would give the house a 7 that'll my score.😀
No yard work much the kitchen cabinets and bath room cabinets looks a like

Nice house buy the yard and the price is not it!? I give it a 6.5
Too much. Nice house but not worth almost a million.
Wow! a 😢 million dollar home that is pricey😢

Rate it 6
Needs a lot of work
8 rated
Not impressed with the floor plan. I give it a 6.
You loosing weight. Looks good
I don’t like the kitchen, 3 car garage I like I said 900,000
Big Super….why do you call it a “Primary Suite”? Its always been called a “Master Bedroom”
Not a luxury home
Messaged you on i.g
