You’re completely right but somehow it’s always felt that way to me. Logically of course the rockets win they obviously do I know that. But internally it just feels like they’d find a way to lose. I can’t comprehend Harden and CP winning a title for some reason. I know they’re great but I’m so conditioned to seeing something go wrong somewhere and it doesn’t happen. My brain knows it’s dumb but inside I feel like SOMETHING would happen and they wouldn’t pull it off.

You guys are weirdos. Calling mj a degenerate cause he left after his father got murdered. His father always wanted him to play baseball so as way to honour his father he took a shot at baseball. LeBron fan schedule every season:
    1. First two months when the team success starts slow: "OMG fire the coach" (even tho LeBron barely buy in any coach system and play his game regardless of coach.)
    2. Month 3 his birthday month mention his longevity in every basketball debate whether LeBron is the topic or not
    3. Month 4 LeBron team goes on a few winning streaks: "he is the Goat, he is top 5, (insert LeBron team) will go to the finals.
    4. Month 5 and 6 (LeBron teams success slows down) "OMG LeBron needs help, Trade the team, fire the coach, "maybe we can trade such and such for an all-star by the deadline).
    5. Month 7 LeBrons team usually do a final push for playoff seeding and win some games: "IT DONT MATTER WHERE WE LAND JUST GET LEBRON IN AND HE WILL GO PLAYOFF MODE"
Playoffs: No matter how bad the defense he plays, no matter if he choose to shoot chuck instead of using his size against a clearly smaller defender, no matter the flop baitimg and crying to the refs, no matter the ball stopping, as long as his box score say 25 plus points, a good number of rebounds, and a good number of assist scream "WHAT MORE CAN HE DO"

Casual here with a genuine question 😭 why do they assume that if Jordan doesn't retire everything after that just remains the same? Hypothetical doesnt mean to just place a scenario in between what actually happened at that point the hypothetical is what if jordan had 2 extra rings not what if he didnt retire.

  • @S.O.D
    @S.O.D 16 годин тому

It’s a huge hypothetical so many different variables if Jordan never retired. For all we know Scottie would have demanded a trade because he wanted to be able to lead his own team. With Jordan retiring he was able to get a taste of that.

Bulls beat the Rockets in 94, 94 would have been the best supporting cast MJ ever had if he was there. 95 is a different story. Does Horace still leave?? Cuz he went to the team that stopped the Bulls from reaching the Finals. But in general I could see the Rockets prevailing in 95, 5 finals in a row is a big physical tax.

If MJ doesn't retire in '93....I think the Bulls DO win the first series against the Rockets....Yes Olajuwon was a PROBLEM....but two things :
    - It's a SERIES, not a game here and a game there....with all of the adjustments that go with it....the regular season has bearing - yes - but the postseason is a different animal.
    - It was the Rockets first Finals, and I think they would have had an adjustment period, and the Bulls were a battle hardened team...and EVERY team that makes it's first appearance says that it's way different from the rest of the playoffs.
If the Bulls do THAT, then they're four in a row - something that only Russell's Celtics did - and that still puts them in rarified air.

    • @rackball5858

94 Bulls-Rockets would most likely go like 93 Bulls-Suns. Inexperience would cost the Rockets early on like it did Phoenix. Houston would sneak a game & have some momentum then Jordan would drop a 45- 55 piece in game 4 or game 5. And it be over in 6.

Marz just yapped about the whole Bron final narrative/perception. 16:02 “anyone with a brain knows Miami was the favoured team” so why don’t you use your brain and know that Bron & his team weren’t favourites in ‘07, 2016, 2017 and 2018?
And u keep running this Xmas Day 16/17 game as evidence for the Cavs being favourites…NO ONE HAD THE CAVS WINNING bruh. I know u felt some type of way after that xmas day fixture since you’re a Steph d-rider but don’t do revisionism. Reality is, no one expected the Cavs to win those series. 2016 the gsw were 73-9 and defending champs, how tf was Cavs favourites? Because philly2009-applewarrior in Twitter said so in 2016?😂
