Hey thanks for the video! I’m looking into getting a Grom in the near future (August). I like seeing all these videos about how reliable/fun/ overall good this bike is, for an experienced rider and for new riders!
They are great for the new rider but they will get boring fast, I would suggest a faster bike and then the grom as the second bike or pay cash for the grom and then buy a faster bike so you don't have to sell your grom.
5:39. It's 3300.00 to 3500.00 brand new...plus taxes depending on if you choose abs or not....Not 3 grand. The Kymco spade 150 2018, however, is 3 grand plus taxes..brand new and a better bike with barely 15% less gas mileage and that's only if you're comparing city streets driving only. Hihgway/interstate driving stock for stock, the spade will be able to more comfortably go a consistent 60mph to 68 mph ( up hills and flats) for the long haul longest road trips. Ask Dodge Rider for details or check out his videos ( yes He has a grom too...heavily modded by himself with a big bore kit and other stuff that are over my head).
Its near zero here in Vancouver Canada but i don't see many riders out. I'm on the grom every dry day and glad to see you going strong. Have you had to adjust chain slack yet? I'm at 2000km.
Hey Niche can you do a video/review on your riding jacket? I'm looking to find a comfortable riding jacket that's protective yet lets me maneuver and move well, and does not break the bank.
well the one I have on in this video is half leather so it's a bit pricey at 350 dollars but it's great for the cool times of year here in Florida. I have some summer Icon jackets like the Contra and overload that are more fitted to the summer here in Florida and a bit cheaper.
rxd xxx all you need is the 125 super kit. my buddy has it and his bike is fast, putting out like 17hp. and its still a 125cc. big valve head with flat top piston, bigger throttle body and manifold. and obviously your normal upgrades, exhuast and pcx150 injector and cam. hes doing 83 mph 190lb rider.

Go watch my video where I picked it up buddy. I tell you exactly how much I paid in it after taxes and all.
but it's kymco. Is it as reputable? aftermarket support? it's a different bike altogether but i do understand where you are coming from
Subscribed!
I appreciate that:)

I haven't done that yet, my next goal is to adjust the valves and anything else needed.
Good review 👌
Thank you buddy, it's been fun making videos for this little bike!

and Aracer fuel controller
Do you have a fuel controller or a power commander? Thank you.
I haven't added that no.
I’m almost to 1000 as well
It sure doesn't take long, I think i put another 100 miles on it last weekend alone.
My review of the grom..
Its slow.
It's faster than a turtle
It's not fast.
It's underpowered and overated.
Usually ridden by squids.
Its,sloooow!
Don’t forget about the zxSEXr ! ☹️
I do ride it every week to work but right now the hot ticket is the grom so I am trying to get as much stuff out on it as I can!
Lol nvm u have been there 💀
