Looks like y’all are enjoying the new Jetboat. Great fender bumpers! Crab Island looked beautiful as ever. I enjoyed the content, thanks for sharing. PS: Very Nice Grill
Like the video. You know the limit on that FJ is 5K lbs. Your boat's empty weight is ~3800 lbs, the trailer is ~1300 lbs. That is over 5K lbs. If you put a full tank of gas in it, that's another ~450 lbs.y the time you put your cooler, life vests, and other equip you are probably close to 6K lbs. Love your FJ, and by the looks of it, it has a lot of other added weight on it, so you are probably well over the gross vehicle weight limit.
Thanks for the comment, and yes, also well aware of the weight of the boat and the trailer we don’t fill the boat all the way up to keep some of that weight off of it but yeah, no matter how you skin the cat I’m over that limit thankfully I’m not pulling the boat too far. Thankfully, my FJA is far from stock, upgraded gears, and springs to help manage that weight but yes, we are overweight.
Funny thing, I live in Destin and been looking for a grill lately for my Yamaha JetBoat and came across your video. I like it. But no fishing rod holders on my 242X. Gotta figure another way.
@Adrenaline_Expeditions off topic. Does Navarre still have a place to Fuel up boats? North Side of the ICW by the bridge? Blue Angels tomorrow and we're heading over.
try an easier method get two long dock lines bow and stern hand the lines to her back the boat down the dock until the wheel well is sunk boat will float she walks the dock lines back down the dock and ties off the stern first you dont gota get out the FJ and she doesn't have to clime the trailer ( By walking the boat down i mean she physically walks down the dock and she uses the stern line to move the boat while holding the bow line in other hand to keep boat from spinning out )
We absolutely love the boat super easy to drive/ manage even at low speeds! My only gripe is that it doesn’t have a way to trim the motors not sure why that wasn’t carried over from the jet skis as well

@@Adrenaline_Expeditions How has the maintenance been on that boat? I'm looking at getting one.

Bean counter.
Hey man! I was thinking about buying this exact same boat. Would love to see some footage of you launching the boat once you get the camera mounted.
Coming soon!

Actually they make a mount so that the grill will work with the table pole that comes with the boat
@@Adrenaline_Expeditions problem solved! Thanks!

@@toddwatkins850 no I don’t believe so the place that they used to have right there across from Juana’s no longer serves fuel
@Adrenaline_Expeditions thank you sir
👏🏽 Nice 😊
Thanks! 😊
Do yall go to crab island often? Im usually over there one day every weekend. If I see you I will come over!
Yea we typically bounce between crab and Pensacola
is that hooked up to your rear light fixture? that is what it looks like but not sure if you connected a different one that looks like that:)
Is what hooked to the rear fixture?
@@Adrenaline_Expeditions no you made a new mount forgot to delete this lol the grill I was talking about looked like a light fixture

Awesome idea well give it a try in a slower day at the ramp!
What is the brand of hose you use when washing down the boat? And where did you get it?
It’s the hose that comes with the boat I’ll look closer at the brand we I get it back!
How do you like the FSH? Can you get offshore a mile or two OK? Looking at getting one myself. It will be my first boat. Thanks.

What's tow rating on that truck? Thnx
My Fj is rated at 4700lbs the boat on the trailer is 4900lbs. Pry a few hundred pounds heavier when loaded up.
how do you like the jet boat?
We love the jet boat! But like anything else it has its issues. Making a video soon to capture so of the issues we have had
IF you don't keep the grill clean and washed, it will rust.
Okay I’ll keep an eye on it!
