Wasn't it just a few months ago she was getting close to 500k subscribers and now she is getting closer by the day to getting that golden play button! You deserve every bit of it Sandi! I can relate to the sheep noises changing and knowing something is up. My friend from Ireland had just come in from doing chores for me(my Christmas present) and I heard the bahs of what I think of as"look the gates open" . Sure enough the gate was not secured properly and the sheep were spilling out of the opening and Zorra(my Corgi) and I were out the front door to convince the group this was not the right move. Luckily , it worked and I yelled at them" Hey what are guys doing". They looked at me, Zorra and headed back through the gate. My friend said "how did you know they were breaking out?" I told her it is the tone and timber of the bahs. When they have found something good in the field to eat I hear the same bahs. Love seeing other women working with sheep you are awesome!

Good Morning Sandy - When I retired I started volunteering at our county History Center. I have learned the importance of saving materials devoted to a specific topic. In years to come people will be wondering about life in year 2023 - how many sheep did Grandma raise, what did she feed them, could she really drive a tractor, did she really climb all the way to the roof to fix something, did she love her work, etc. People get so excited when stories concerning their ancestor's is found. When the US celebrated the Centennial the counties were encouraged to publish a book on history of each family living there. This was accomplished with great success. These books are huge and filled with information and continue to be sought after. Sometimes a second book was published to complete the history of the area. So, what I am building up to is this - You have wonderful video's that tells your story of life in Ontario raising sheep, your husband's work with sustainable crops, and your son and daughter. I hope these videos are archived for the future use. When my father died he progressed through farming with horses to tractors, installing electricity on the farm, milking cows by hand to milking machines, etc. People love these stories. So, I hope you can safely save the material you are documenting. Not only are you educating the current population but also the future. Don't sell yourself short. You have wonderful, informative, actual lived experiences to share. You live in a very progressive area with many talented people. Don't lose your history. It's too important. Stay safe - Phyllis

I agree whole heartedly. A lot of my family history was lost because my grandfather and his brother ran away when they were young teens and refused to tell thier history. All we know is thier father remarried after his wife died and the stepmother was mean to the two boys and they ran away and refused to talk about it. So we don't know anything. Granddad and his brother changed thier name so we can't trace them. Both passed away years ago. You do such a good job , love you.

I have said this before but will say it again...I have seven goats and the clean up is horrible lol. How you keep your barn so clean the both of you blows me away. That really is hard work and you make it look easy to people who have no idea or really think about it. I can not even imagine. And it is always so wonderful to have them cleaned out.

I told someone that I watched Sheepishly Me vlogs on UA-cam to relax. They said (using a decidedly snippy tone of voice) that they watch 60 Minutes.
Uuummmmmm, I did not say it but I did think: How can you relax while listening to stories of murder and crime!?!?
So I did suggest that they watch lambs leaping and listen to sheep telling their stories.
Sandi is soooooooo much better to listen to than someone who has to talk about the horrors of crime and scandal and murder!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sandi, you go girl! Please keep on keeping on! Your work is very hard, you spend so much time editing and filming your fluffy flock for us. We want you to know how much we all appreciate your efforts on our behalf!

So much logistics involved. My tech brain kicked in when you said the flockwatch folks were coming to help transfer your info over - please be sure to do a backup of your old data system before moving it over to the new.... you know - cuz shit happens and you'll never regret having a backup.

Sandi, what did you DO to Belinda to make her "curse" you with this rambunctious, rowdy, cat-like sheep? Does Belinda ever visit Tomatoes at your place?
Thank you for doing these videos, Sandi. They always help me feel better, less old and achy! You also always motivate me to get up and get busy. You are such a hard worker, a real role model for us "city girls" to emulate. God bless you and your family!
