Nyoom i dont remember having vocaloid music in it but thats the company that blocks videos on behalf of copyrighted vocaloid music. japans copyright laws mean you cant use content at all even if used fairly, and they never let you keep your videos up for them to actually make money from ads on it. it really makes me angry but theres nothing i can do.

Wolfern Gaming have you downloaded it from deviantart? theres a button next to the base that will say "download" and thats how you get the full resolution. if you have, the problem lies within your settings. if on sai, you need to make sure "anti-alias" is turned off (you have to do this for each tool), and on paint i think it should naturally work with bucket and pencil tools.
