Such a very young mum! My old ginger boy is the result of a teen pregnancy, neighbours up the street let their five month old unspayed girl kitten outside because they didn't think cats were sexually mature till a year old. Hah! So there was my Oli, and his sister Joy. They kept Joy and yes, let mum and daughter out unspayed and they had ten more kittens between them. They did get these two spayed then but kept one of the girls from the litter and guess what happened then? The kittens all got homes but really, the stupidity of it all. My Oli? He got neutered before he was allowed to put a paw out of the door. He's 16 now, he wouldn't have made it this far if he'd been out roaming the streets looking for girlfriends and fighting. Get them fixed before they so much as step outside.
You've just successfully prevented the births of countless kittens, only on quarter of which would have survived. My kitties will be getting lots of pets and treats tonight.

The kitten was probably dumped because she was pregnant. People need to spay and neuter their pets. People need to educate themselves before getting a pet. They aren't something that you throw away, like paper towels
