@@WinesPinesandCanines I did take it out by myself since we got it back. Despite the fresh water tank being new, it had a massive leak! They left the drain valve open. I am starting to think that is normal. I closed it. None of the outlets worked on the camp side when I set up. I checked all the fuses and breakers Everything looked fine. Then I realized all the outlet GFI on the camp side. But none of those outlets had the reset switch. It took me about 30 seconds to realize that the master switch was in the bathroom. It had tripped. I reset and all was good. I hope to get out one more time by myself, given the seasons here have been amazing. Warm days, cool nights. But life in our house has been crazy, Thank you for your support!
Wow - you would hope they would check the little stuff! Thats the thing with a camper - doesn’t take long to get to be a pro with all the little things that happen! Good thing we enjoy it so much! Hope you get out again (our season is just about to start!) and thank you!! For all the support!
@@WinesPinesandCanines Telluride was great, as always. The weather was perfect (unlike last year, when it rained for 7 hours straight on Friday and turned everything into a mud pit for the rest of the weekend). I was planning to go to Moab tomorrow, but then I looked at the weather forecast, and it's supposed to be in the 90s all week. A bit warm for boondocking. I'm going to wait a couple of weeks and try again. Cody's looking forward to the Colorado River again!
Glad you had a good time! Moab definitely can be a little warm with no shade when those temps rise - we were there in mid Sept on the trip we took years ago. Definitely warmer there than anywhere else we went. Have fun! Desi says to say woof to Cody and to enjoy that river!
@@WinesPinesandCanines We were there the first week of October last year and it was in the low 80s. Bearable, but still warm. Mid 90s is too hot without power to run A/C. I really like Buckskin Mountain State Park outside of Parker, AZ, but it's still over 100 there. At least it has water and electric hookups, though. Only park I've ever seen with a separate beach for dogs.
Yes - actually going to try spray paint on some of the other pieces. That one piece gets so much sun, is fairly exposed on travel day and it is slick. So would have had to sand/rough it up a bit so we figured it would end up flaking and chipping. So that one - we decided to spend the $20 and just replace this one. But with our old class c - we actually painted the rusty bumper with some exterior house paint and two years later when we sold it - still looked great haha.
Yes! Will be mentioning that in the video where we replace them all. Unfortunately we didn't start using it soon enough as the first few years of ownership the sun really took its toll! Thanks for the watch.
Just a good vent!
Now that was informative and entertaining! Great video!
Thank you :) How is the camper repair going? Hopefully one last trip before winter?

If nothing else, it gives you a place to run a Starlink cable through.
That is true! Hope you are doing well. How was Telluride?

Bet Cody loves that! And agree that 90’s is a bit too much for boondocking. We are 50-70 people lol! Safe travels out there.
Did you consider spray paint for the old one?

Quicky 😁
Ha! Yes it was! As you likely know - started with 22 mins of footage that eventually became 2 mins of usable haha!
LOL
