I am interested in the program, I have had hard time getting into a healthy journey. My only concern is I was reading the reviews online and they have many bad reviews. I’m a bit confused. But I really love your results you look great 😊

If you’re doing the intermittent fasting, are you drinking the supplements in the morning and then waiting to eat until later? I just started this program and I’m so excited!
Yes! I drink them first thing in the AM then I add the trim to water instantly and drink it until lunch time when I start eating!
I lost 68 lbs in 2 weeks after my son was born🤣🤣🤣my ankle and legs had been so swollen before I gave birth I could hardly move…I’ve never been overweight in my life…it was awful…I just had a difficult pregnancy cause I was an older first time mom🤣🤣🤣

I am sorry for the rude comments! I think society has just gotten bolder and it has become a free for all! I am loosing weight too. I didn’t want to know my staring or my current weight. I know now what I weigh. Funny thing I wasn’t keep ling track of what I lost. My husband realized I was down 20 and 25! I had no idea. My clothes feel better and my health is better so that is all that matters.
