This game still is still the best of all the fighters I’ve played. The animations, the fluidity, the characters and their designs, the music, etc...it all comes together flawlessly. It’s as though the newer fighting games having gotten slower/traded gameplay for 3D representations and I think it’s a shame.
This game's story is REALLY about AKUMA. I know RUGAL takes a part in this but in the end, AKUMA turns out to be the REAL threat in this game!
Boss characters in fighting games are almost ALWAYS overpowered.

XLev450X I feel God Rugal should have been able to do a "Super Raging Demon". You know, like Shin Akuma's raging demon that does a 33 HIT COMBO.
