@@user-gm3yw6jl6r don't speak in an uneducated tone; this is not a small SUV; it's a big SUV; also the features available are at par with the top Petrol model of Seltos the price of which is 19.71 lakh on road Guwahati whereas the T-Roc is priced at 22.77 lakh on road Guwahati; now tell me how 19.71 multiplied by 2 gives you 22.77? I think you should try to brush up your multiplication skills to a great extent

@@chargerop9114 my car is due for the first service by 26 April, so far I think I am getting an avg of 11 kmph in city, and I did along drive of 1020km (to and fro combined), with an avg of 14 Kmph. But I am expecting 2-3 kms increase in mileage post first service

nice review, the comparison with Seltos, Creta and harrier is sensible, please note that, its in the same platform of AUDI Q2, coming this december its been powered with 2.0 TFSI that is only difference,, the body dynamics is all same, both Troc and Q2 are VW MLB platform
The built in quality of this car is really good...and it feels safe and luxurious and of course its a german car 🔥🔥
There should be a variant without sun roof. It would've amazing. Everyone doesn't need sunroof. In my opinion, it is a waste expense which people usually dont use and never prefer to pay unnecessarily. I will buy it immediately when a variant comes without sunroof.
DRL and sunroof are just for show in india with no real use

It costs around 25 lakhs on road Pune, for that amount of money it's definitely not a bargain considering you get a top spec petrol turbo creta with relatively inferior performance at 20 lakhs.. and top spec tata harrier automatic at 24 lakhs.. this is a CBU unit hence it's costlier..

VW has got superb car interms of safety, making, style, mechanism and control,... But when it comes to Indian roads ,cost of maintenance specialy I am talking about spare parts is way expensive for any middle class segment car buyer. There is lot of hidden costs of spare customers will not be knowing. Agreed ,Sometime price of the car worth when safety and quality of car meet the above or meet market standard but for day to day usage, VW has to reduce spare cost!
To 20 lakh ki gadi koi middle class Banda to nahi lega. Aur iske parts mehenge h lekin jaldi kharab bhi to ni hote!

The interior plastic quality isnt close to what we usually expect from VW at this price point and this has also been mentioned in international reviews. Mini Audi Q3 is a little far fetched my friend. Priced a couple of lacs higher as it's a CBU. A steal had it been 17.99 ex showroom

@@dhirendrasinhrana202 It's the drive, premium feel, 4x4, better build and safety features, all independent fsd suspension, roll over mitigation, laser welding technology, dual zone climate control, 4 channel ABS are somethings that justifies the higher price of compass over seltos/creta and even Harrier.... That's why it's a higher segment and shouldn't be compared.

@Fuel Injected, wonderful video, and absolutely a fantastic car, the build quality is superb. However would like to share couple of points. Firstly, please don't say that the car feels as expensive as a 40 lacs car. VW is already charging a premium on this car, rather they should have priced it a bit lower that would have been better. But because its a CBU its not possible at this moment, unless they do it locally. My second point is VW after sales, they charge too much on servicing, most of their parts they say are imported. But then how come Skoda is able to provide better after sales value experience in terms of vehicle servicing. These points makes VW expensive to maintain after sales.

VW Always specifies GC from the lowest possible point of the car , so not like other Indian cars . If they are saying 160mm it will actually be more compared to other brands .
definetely not a compitator for harrier and compass when you see the cabin. seats looks great, exterior is solid.. to me it is like a cross over more than suv.. there shd be some thing unique for buyers to spend 20L..
