Bro me ne milton thermosteel 1 litre ka bottal last mahine kharida tha. But now bottle is not working properly. When I filled bottal with hot water. So that time, outer layer is also feel so hot. And water come on normal temperature within 2 hours. Main bottal ko kiraya bhi nahin tha. Aur use per koi dent bhi nahin hai. Bottle is under warranty. What should I do right now? Please reply 🙏

Alright it seems that your Bottle Has company defect now just follow few steps
1.- Mail the same message to companies E Mail ( [e-mail] )
2.- Wait for 2 days for their revert if they don’t revert you mail back the same message they’ll definitely revert you
3.- If still having problem then let me know again I’ll contact to company on your behalf and try my best so that you may get New Bottle against that one.

As you said you have that bottle is for more than 1 year it means that bottle is now put of warranty… and you said there’s no dent on it ok… just follow these steps
1.- Pre-Temp the bottle before adding any beverage.
2.- Fill to the top of the bottle and don’t open for at-least 10 hours for a check.
3.- use only for hot or cold water don’t put any other beverages

True Milk ke lie koi bhi bottle nahi hoti but if you still have to keep milk then you have to add ilaichi , coffee powder or tea powder to keep milk for long hours

In the case of hot water… water remains hot for long hours whether you drink from that bottle or not but same in the case of tea or coffee you have to fill to the top for good results
