3rd seat?.........Would it be possible to add a 3rd jump seat for kids. I have seen the baggage space and it seems like maybe a very small foldable seat can fit in the back. With a weight limit of of 60 pounds.
Once the windshield and skylight are installed, does that prevent removing the wings? I cant get my airplane out of my shop fully assembled, but want to complete as much as possible before moving to the airport for final assembly.
I guess if you only have the outer hold down strips cleco'd then removing the wing is possible. I suggest installing the windshield at the airport so you do not have to remove the wings.
Beautiful build and nice work! btw, Lowes sells a gray indoor/outdoor carpet that's perfect for covering panels and so forth.
Great video-- thanks Branden. This will really help when I get to this stage in my build. Randy

Hello, I have a question about drill #27
Nice job, thanks for the tips! I’m just about to install the windscreen;)
Helpful video. Thank you. Nice work!
I would like to know what the trim is that is across the top of your panel and where you got it ? Thanks
RANS includes that with the kit. Call them and ask for Trimlock Cushion Lip, Part no 4100C-1/16

How much 2216 did you use?
Did you ever consider bolting the windshield on all around?
No, I followed the RANS manual.
