There are Indonesian muslims, there are Thai muslims, there are Sudanese muslims, there are Uygar muslims. It is OBVIOUSLY both an incoherent conflation and fails to acknowledge the simple fact on what race might be Islamic (the answer is ANY RACE might be, and they all believe in the Quran and its blasphemy laws).
