I put crawfish,sausage,chicken,and shrimp in mine. I go extra hard 4 real. Never tried it with tomato tho...might try that out. Yours looks good!

Hi chef, the etouffee looks wonderful. Very much like we prepare it here in New Orleans but we dont add tomatoes. I am going to try that.I would love to see you prepare crawfish bisque! Have a good day, God bless
