    How long did u put the pig tails on the oven ? And what temp

      350-375 Fahrenheit, and not long 20 to 30 minutes to get a good color....so they won't look so "Pale" after slow cooking.

    I like the pork tails and pork feet together cause one meat was not enough. With rice, oh my God, and a small salad. I can make a pot-o-beans too, but… just the 2 of us so I’ll make the beans next week. My NYC husband won’t have none of that but the beans. What am I supposed to do, eat it all? 🤣🤣🤣😛😋 I’m from the Southwest.

      Do not use salted pig tails, it doesnt matter how long you soak salted pig tails for, they will be too salty for this recipe. Try and find fresh meaty pig tails. Thanks for watching, keep cooking.

    I disagree. I use salt when I saute the onions and garlic before I add the beans. It had no effect on the beans getting tender. But to each his own
