- Can you imagine what the front view of a train running at Mach 1 would look like? The innovative time-variant hyperlapse visual effect will let you experience a world that is impossible with today's railway technology. The original speed was recorded by GPS, at the same time as filming the view of the train window. The displayed speed was precisely calculated from the original speed to match the speed of the hyperlapse.
This video is a fiction. Normally it takes 52 minutes from Sannomiya to Kyoto. The trains stop at Ashiya, Amagasaki, Osaka, Shin-Osaka and Takatsuki. Maximum speed is 130km/h.

I think the bigger issue would be passing by a station at mach 1 because the passengers are going to get where they need to go, but not in one piece.

The train horn wouldn’t be very effective to warn others ahead at Mach 1.0.

Ultrasonic flight is not common.

2:18 The horn made me laugh. A horn on a supersonic train would be about as useful as a screen door on a submarine.
A workaround for this would be to station allarms along the track that the train driver could activate.
It’s like 600 meters were passed while this horn goes beep
Of course they solved this by also installing a horn at the station that is controlled by the train. So as long as it doesn't approach light speed it should be safe.

Motion blur work makes it real
There are a couple of errors in the simulation.
Firstly, at speeds above Mach 1, it is impossible to hear the sound of the vehicle on which you are moving.
Secondly, due to the shock wave from supersonic movement, the houses around the railway should be slightly destroyed.

Imagination was good. I don't mind traveling at this speed in straight line but look at the curves of the track it scares the shift out of me. I can't stop imagining the G Force and flying off the track 😂😂😂
Yes, I had the same thought. The simulation was fun to watch and he did a brilliant job creating it. But the train would fly off those curves at that speed. _Big badda boom!_

It feels strange... when the train began to slow down in some point I thought "Well, it's already at a safe and slow speed" then I looked at the speedo and it was still going 400 km/h
Its like when you have been doing 110-130 km/h on the motorway and you get off and have to drive 50 km/h in the city, its like you are moving only at walking speed, except you are not, of course

I think the simulation has some relative velocity errors. Cause at 350 kmph , it seemed like 150 kmph train
@@Abhinav-gu2ui I think the reason is that the train moves freely. I saw on the other video. The maximum speed was 120 km/h so I had to compare with the one of the vehicle on highway, it was quite similar.

Технологически это не фантастика, Человечество уже сегодня обладает всеми ключевыми технологиями чтобы создать даже гиперзвуковые поезда, которые будут перемещаться в вакуумных трубах с 50-километровыми радиусами поворотов со скоростями 10 000 км/ч и выше. Физика тут ничего не запрещает. Вопрос только в стоимости - при нынешних технологиях это будет астрономически дорогой аттракцион без реальной экономической пользы, который кроме Илона Маска вряд ли кому то понадобится. И после запуска первых подобных поездов пройдет еще 30-40 лет прогресса, прежде чем "аттракцион" превратится в коммерчески-привлекательное средство передвижения. Возвращаясь в реальность наших дней, коммерческие компании в той же Японии и Германии уже сейчас тестируют маглевы со скоростью пустого локомотива до 744 км/ч и выше.
В плане массовых перевозок будущего я бы ставил на развитие поездов, нежели самолетов, для которых как раз таки физика является ограничителем: чем выше скорость, тем больше расход топлива и, в силу аэродинамических требований, тоньше фюзеляж, вмещающий меньше пассажиров, то есть цена билета растет. Это наглядно продемонстрировал сверхзвуковой Конкорд, где цена одного билета доходила до $10 тыс.

Well, China is faster at this, no ugly comparison intended here. It’s just the political system and the incredibly large number of people which allows this fast building. But Japan is more innovative. So both countries have something pretty awesome to share with the world ! :)

For this to be implemented in real life we would need absolutely straight rails or very large turning radius.
It's actually impossible. Even planes aren't allowed to travel at the speed of sound near cities because it would shatter windows. Imagine having a train do that so near to your city's core.
And no line croosing or hill, because you will win tunr into the sky rocket...
Imagine a tube in which train will just hover all over the sides if the forces where to push it aside

La simulación es excelente! pero lo único malo y el problema es las curvas y tales cosa que se ven ahí a esa tremenda velocidad causaría catastrófico y terrible accidente, para esa velocidad a 1,335 km/h tiene que ser obligatorio recto y sin ningún defecto en los rieles ni tales cosa más el diseño frontal como el ejemplo (El Tren Vala) que tiene buen diseño aerodinámico frontal eso sería excelente un mega proyecto de ingeniería de lo que tenga que ver con los trenes y muchas cosas más. Excelente simulación y lo más increíble es que solo duró 4 minutos para llegar al destino a 1,335 km/h; saludos desde Rep Dom🇩🇴.
