Hi ik this qn might sound very silly and stupid but could u pls help me out. How do we know when to use differentiation or integration? (like how sir used diff for the last two qns but usse phele Wale pe he used integration)
@@srm8538 remember this sequence [position-velocity-acceleration] now when position is given and you have to find velocity then differentiation is done, when velocity is given and you have to find acceleration then differentiation is done [ notice that as we are moving from left to right then we are differentiating the terms ] now when position is given and you have to find acc. then differentiate 2 times --- now, when acceleration is given and you have to find velocity then integrate , when velocity is given and you have to find position then integrate [ notice that as we are moving from right to left, we are integrating ] , you can also remember one more trick like that's not very logical still - when you have to find out something big from small then differentiate and if you have to find something small from big then integrate [eg. velocity is bigger than position so if we have to find position and velocity is given then integrate as velocity is bigger and vice versa] hope you got it :-) and yea there's nothing silly in asking doubts !! ;-)
