People who hide their feelings usually care the most. I agree because I'm one of those people and not many people understand that. They take it as u not caring when in reality u don't show it because of what you went through after you showed your feelings to the wrong person. So it's hard for you to express your feelings after being betrayed by the ones you trusted the most.

I agree with most said. But having been a single-parent of two kids, working full-time, a home-owner, and had attended College part-time, multitasking was a part of my being. Had I not had multitasking capabilities (a God given talent) I would not have succeeded with many daring motivational endeavors...

That's not true multitasking. But it is definitely good organizational skills and the ability to do lots of things to completion etc. Multitasking actually means doing two or more things at the exact same time. Like folding clothes with one hand while washing dishes with the other. But I commend you for being awesome and taking care of your kids. I bet they are awesome human beings :)
I fail at multitasking by getting intro extreme stress and end up finishing non of the tasks, that sentence made me think though, now even for the simplest stuff I will note things down and list them with or without prioritizing
I haven't been kissed in 8 years. So by this logic I should be depressed, but I'm not. Why? Because there's more to life than just being kissed.

@@RealTalkaholic I'm not a dude. I'm a 45-year-old woman who knows what and who she wants in life. I'm not attached at the moment but I have things that keep me busy when I'm not working, which is 7.5 hours a day, 5 days a week. Of course it would be nice if I finally found someone special and was kissed, but it happens when it happens.
I think the logic is more like it adds to….but a lack of doesn’t take away from….your happiness. Binary thinking is ruining communication.
I had not been with anyone in over 15 years. Just recently, I have been interested in someone and we kissed and wooooooooow, did I ever forget how amazing it is. It helps that he's an amazing kisser, but boy was I pleasantly surprised. I was on fire!!!

What I've learned over the years is that psychology and science are often wrong and that things are more often about how each individual perceived them with their limited senses.

Often tests done by scientists are done in such a way as they don't take all factors into account or are made to support ideas that people in power would like to see. I think that life is pretty simple and that science has made it overly complex trying to solve problems that don't need to be solved. If you look at something as simple as the food we eat that is often wrong. How many times have we heard that eggs are bad for you one week and then good for you the next? The same with coffee.

@@Winchester0412 but there are differences between twins and soulmates. The reasons twins “complete” each other is because they do mirror, once they come together they “Balance” each other out.
When I found mine, I had no idea what was going on, I was doing things that were out of my nature (due to trauma of my past) this woman blindsided me and I started dealing with strange realistic dream (even physiological things coming out of the dreams) even at one point I questioned if I was having a stroke, and even questioning my sanity. There were also other signs and synchronicities, along with me facing shit that I have ran from most of my life. It is definitely something that takes you on one hell of a roller coaster ride. Is what makes it worse is that ppl likes to use it to charge the hell out of ppl, and it is very confusing especially in the beginning. I would love to do a group somewhere to be able to help ppl, Instead of knowing that ppl are suffering.

And with my situation, it was a crazy ride in the beginning… I was going through all these intense emotions with this woman.. things that were really out of my nature… I trusted her instinctively, opened up her, felt automatically comfortable with her and even cried in front of her. I didn’t cry in front of ANYONE when my mother died( not saying I didn’t cry, just not in front of anyone and I haven’t since I was 19) oh! Ppl would see me in every other emotion, I just wold not let anyone see me that vulnerable. I don’t trust ppl, and everyone has different levels of trust from me, not saying that they aren’t good ppl, just that.. I guess I am that fucked up

Ppl that hide there feelings have the most pride
Not really, just hurt. Or had some horrible trauma in their life. Too painful to let anyone back in. Just have to go slow with them. They won't be willing to open up and show anyone how they feel. Trust me. Zero pride involved. Just pain.
Nothing to do with pride but to do with people who do not consider your feelings.....there is no validation. Think about that. Sometimes gaslighting takes place instead.

I'm not sure, but I bet if you search "Dr Berg insomnia" here on youtube I bet you he's got a video about insomnia! That man has so much knowledge it's amazing. I think I remember him saying something about Nutrional Yeast, but check him out & see if you hear anything helpful. Insomnia is one of the worst issues to ever have to deal with, it effects every other moment of your life. Horrible. I hope you find something that helps soon.

@Shannon Earehart my friend was going through that because of steroids for her pain. She stopped medicine and started meditation. It will help you. Start with 10 minutes mediatation and go more minutes. When cant fall asleep do mediatation and you will fall asleep. All the Best. Take care.

There are times one's focus can't be on just self. It's nice to include yourself where you can and still do what's right. This is where I find myself many times. I look at it as life.

It is in fact your strength you aren't supposed to give away. To skip self, is a negative vibration and asking for it - just avalanches/attracts more negative events. It is a far greater service to self, and others, to get on that positive frequency and ride it. Tending to self is how you get on it. Trust me, I ran myself into the ground for others. I finally figured out how it works maybe a year ago. It's a new ball game. I still help; just differently. Wishing you the best 💖🙏💫

Back a year ago or two I started trying to people that ment alot to me. I believe there are times one has to reroute a lot about themselves.
