One thing about the show's writing: Greg Wesiman stated on his blog that they write each season as if they would get another. This has the unfortunate side effect that, when they don't get another season as was the case after Season 2 for a long time and seems to be the case again now, we're left on a cliffhanger.

its usually one of 2 origins for Kara, either her pod was knocked off-course, activated stasis and took about 20-something years to reach earth, or her pod encounters some sort of space anomaly that shunts her into the phantom zone, in CW in particular they use the off-course option, but she is still only a kid when she arrives, most other incarnations have her mid/late teens when leaving Krypton.
Based off the last time we saw him, Brion & one of the members of his crew were aware they were likely being manipulated. I’m sure that would’ve led to them going against them and partnering up with the Team & League against The Light & Savage

Durla is where the A'ashen will move to, but basically, they'll evolve into the Durlans by the 30th century, I think is the implication, which explains the Durlan ability to shapeshift. Presumably, they'll lose their mental powers and such along the way. That was Brainiac Five, but yes, a descendant of Brainiac and a living supercomputer. Brainiac's son is actually active in the current time of the show, presumably. In the comics, he formed an interstellar police force called Legion that worked as a contract force.
Icicle Jr in this series is one of my favorite villains... yeah he might do some bad stuff but seeing him supporting these two is just touching. Imagine him as a really decent rogue gallery for Conner and Megan
Season 5 Under the Red Hood Arc, please manifest it! With a blend of Superman/Batman Apocalypse (remixed) Arc and the return of Wally West. Never did get an explanation for why Connor's hallucination of Wally looked like a Phantom Zoner when all the others were normal looking. And why Wally was actually helpful...so add a Flash Rebirth Arc to the wishlist.
Basically, what they are setting up are two armies with Kryptonian powers--the phantom zone Kryptonians on Warworld and the Daxamites under the Emerald Empress.
Crazy how they hated super boy now they love him and the relationship. 😂this is why I hate when people say marvel should quit and not use new characters. Or only make super likeable ones day one. Give them a chance and they may surprise you. 😮
If I had to guess some S5 theories, I would say maybe a Red Hood/Jason Todd storyline, Brion & Infinity Inc slipping away from the Light & joining up with the Team & I think the start of the war with Darkseid & Savage. The potential 😩.

Brainiac is in the tie in comics book series set between seasons 1 and 2 it was about 50 issues. And before young justice was canceled again a 6 issue comic was released setting up plots in season 5 and finished a few loose end left in season 4
This episode was ana amazing season finale! Epic action, tons of twists, emotional catharsis, and an amazing wedding with tons of cameos. It had everything! Of course, there are still tons of loose plot threads, and I really want a season 5, but my, what a good season finale!
I though Daxam was a Kyroton like planet. Also, I don't know if you guys notice the implications of Malefaak being in planet Durla, so he's basically the ancestor of Chameleon boy. At least that's what I think since Chameleon boy has martian like powers but he doesn't look like the original martians. If this really the case, then this whole time Malefaak's plan need it to succeed in order for Chameleon boy to exist in the future. I believe Metron need it to close the loophole of the time paradox which is why he set that trap in motion for Lord Zod.

Brainy aka Brainiac 5 is a direct descendant of the original Brainiac who lives in the year 3000 and is a member of the Legion of Superheroes. He's trying to atone for the horrors of his ancestors by being a hero and often has a romantic relationship with Kara Zor El Supergirl.
damn my Thursdays are gonna feel so much emptier now knowing I wont have young justice to look forward to anymore is gonna suck. It was such a fun ride and with all the stuff they set up I really hope we eventually get a season 5. Especially because with the very few storylines I know of from DC, everything Black Canary said utterly terrified me and I really want to see if they actually go through with that. But I will say even if we don't get another season, seeing connor and mg'anns wedding and seeing lor zod get melted was immensely satisfying
Love this show and seeing M'egann go off on the eye ball lady I loved tho I'd wanna know more about that power like what is it lol. All in all solid ending and left some stuff loose for more but thats any superhero thing there's always other fights to go to even if this one ends

I just finished your reactions because I binged s4 reaction 😂and my thoughts after 4 rewatch of the entire series and answer to some of you guys' questions- 1.post credit scene : some of the most popular & iconic Supergirl & Mary Marvel storyline involves them being evil but I don't think it was ever done at once or Black Mary ever became a Fury(Darkseid's elite all-women squad). This sets up multiple possible future storylines- 1)forming of Titans as in pursuit of gathering more Furies, Apokolips unwillingly hand Supergirl, Big Barda, Starfire & Raven 2)introduction to Mr. Miracle and more lore on New Gods as he's always been the reason for Big Barda to become good 3)Raven's introduction means Trigon makes move and that'll probably lead to more magic based heroes coming out- Constantine, Deadmana, Swamp Thing, Detective Chimp etc 2.Sanctuary : the part where Black Canary suggests that superheroes need a place for some break time was actually a pretty big & controversial storyline in last decade- Heroes in Crisis. There's some miscommunication & interference from the higher ups on the works of the writer that let to an unsatisfactory story of a legit good idea. Hopefully if we get future seasons(yes, 1 ain't enough, I want MORE)... Greg invites Tom King to redeem that sh!tty arc 3.as 1 of the most popular reaction channels I hope you guys help spread the news that YJ is an excellent show that needs more seasons to tell the story. Daxam is basically the cousin to Krypton, the Daxamites have all the same powers as a Kryptonian, but are not weak to Kryptonite, their weakness is lead instead. The more recent version of the Daxamites have been pretty space racist, not wanting to do with any other species (aliens).
You've met 3 of the members of the Legion of Super-heroes. And now a 4th. The LSH history is all over the in the comics due to various reboots in the comics of contemporary characters. Originally the the LSH founding members were inspired by Superman, when he was a boy Superboy. Brainy, the nickname for Brainiac 5, was a 5th generation descendent of the Superman villain Brainiac. Durla is Chameleon Boy's home planet. A planet of shape shifters. The show is implying they were descendents of Martians. Daxam is the home planet of a Kryptonian like race. One member of that race becomes one of the powerful members of the LSH. Fun Fact Daxamites weakness is lead. It's like kryptonite to them but the effects don't wear off. In the comics when Superboy meets and accidentally poisons a young Daxamite to save his life he sends him to the Phantom Zone until a cure could be found. A cure was found 1000 years later by Brainiac 5. There's a LSH animated show but it follows its own lore. The is a bad animated movie with the Legion.
After enjoying this series I HIGHLY recommend watching Legion of Super Heroes (Season 1 and 2). You'll learn more about Saturn Girl, Phantom Girl and Company. Plus its just a great show on it's own. Its about a decade old but still good.
I gotta say, it really did make sense for what happened with pridia as she tells beast boy that she moved on after he dumped her because of his condition, he was in. But you know something I realize it would’ve actually happened eventually but not like that just the part where if they’re putting their roles as a superhero and a future queen, seriously then there’s probably no room for their relationship they would’ve ended up breaking up like that but no, just too early. But you know I really do hope beast boy my find love one day who knows maybe it might be Terra this time
After seeing Superman, Lois and Conner here, I hope you guys watch the "Superman & Lois" series. It's actually great and one of the best live-action Superman portraits ever.
The whole "Sanctuary"-thing from Black Canary at the end is an allusion to the comic "Heroes in Crisis", a rather controversial comic event from 2018 that saw a lethal incident at said Sanctuary, a secret place not mentioned before or after (I think) serving exactly the purpose Black Canary ascribed it in this episode, resulting in the death of numerous barely used heroes as well as Arsenal and Ivy (unlike Roy, she gets better).

That’s Mist, she was a trafficked meta team who we first saw as a villain. She was under a control chip and worked for Cheshire until she was freed. She and Livewire have both been rehabilitated (it’s implied they might be together). Livewire joined the Outsiders, and Mist joined the Team. She can turn her body into mist 3. That little girl is Red Tornado’s adopted daughter Traya. He brought her to the playdate in Season 3 Episode 9

I loved this series. It got a comeback once. I'm not loosing hope for a season 5. If y'all haven't watched the live action StarGirl series, you should. It's pretty good, actually. Only lasted 3 seasons, but I liked it.

A lot of what is shown seems like setup for future episodes, but apart from the Supergirl stuff, its all just the kickstart of the bootstrap paradox that we saw unfold during the whole season. In the future, the kid Zod will be born and use the kriptoian army to try take over the world. Now we know how they got out. They were defeated by superboy and the league. The emerald witch was killed, and the eye escaped... only to find the same woman in the past and close the cycle of its own existence.
Congrats Normies, for finishing Young Justice! That was a great finale, with great set up. All the characters seen… slightly disappointed in the lack of Batman being Batman, but I liked it anyway.
And then the show got cancelled again, and then James Gunn was like "Nothing is Canon, we are going to have a brand new continuity" so now the show is like "super cancelled"

I’m guessing Supergirl was sent to the PZ so she wouldn’t get caught in the blast from Krypton, caught Zone sickness and has been manipulated.

I really hate that Mal gets his happy ending, and that it’s necessary for Chameleon Boy and his species to exist. If we ever get S5 I want him to die. His colony can continue on, but I need him dead.

I just finished your reactions because I binged s4 reaction 😂and my thoughts after 4 rewatch of the entire series and answer to some of you guys' questions-
1.post credit scene : some of the most popular & iconic Supergirl & Mary Marvel storyline involves them being evil but I don't think it was ever done at once or Black Mary ever became a Fury(Darkseid's elite all-women squad). This sets up multiple possible future storylines- 1)forming of Titans as in pursuit of gathering more Furies, Apokolips unwillingly hand Supergirl, Big Barda, Starfire & Raven 2)introduction to Mr. Miracle and more lore on New Gods as he's always been the reason for Big Barda to become good 3)Raven's introduction means Trigon makes move and that'll probably lead to more magic based heroes coming out- Constantine, Deadmana, Swamp Thing, Detective Chimp etc
2.Sanctuary : the part where Black Canary suggests that superheroes need a place for some break time was actually a pretty big & controversial storyline in last decade- Heroes in Crisis. There's some miscommunication & interference from the higher ups on the works of the writer that let to an unsatisfactory story of a legit good idea. Hopefully if we get future seasons(yes, 1 ain't enough, I want MORE)... Greg invites Tom King to redeem that sh!tty arc

i think this show was specifically called out as one of the places James Gunn would draw inspiration from, i really hope that is true, because the universe that young justice built is one of the most consistant and comprehensive ive ever seen
Daxam is basically the cousin to Krypton, the Daxamites have all the same powers as a Kryptonian, but are not weak to Kryptonite, their weakness is lead instead. The more recent version of the Daxamites have been pretty space racist, not wanting to do with any other species (aliens).

You've met 3 of the members of the Legion of Super-heroes. And now a 4th. The LSH history is all over the in the comics due to various reboots in the comics of contemporary characters. Originally the the LSH founding members were inspired by Superman, when he was a boy Superboy. Brainy, the nickname for Brainiac 5, was a 5th generation descendent of the Superman villain Brainiac.
Durla is Chameleon Boy's home planet. A planet of shape shifters. The show is implying they were descendents of Martians.
Daxam is the home planet of a Kryptonian like race. One member of that race becomes one of the powerful members of the LSH. Fun Fact Daxamites weakness is lead. It's like kryptonite to them but the effects don't wear off. In the comics when Superboy meets and accidentally poisons a young Daxamite to save his life he sends him to the Phantom Zone until a cure could be found. A cure was found 1000 years later by Brainiac 5.
There's a LSH animated show but it follows its own lore. The is a bad animated movie with the Legion.
After enjoying this series I HIGHLY recommend watching Legion of Super Heroes (Season 1 and 2). You'll learn more about Saturn Girl, Phantom Girl and Company. Plus its just a great show on it's own. Its about a decade old but still good.

I gotta say, it really did make sense for what happened with pridia as she tells beast boy that she moved on after he dumped her because of his condition, he was in. But you know something I realize it would’ve actually happened eventually but not like that just the part where if they’re putting their roles as a superhero and a future queen, seriously then there’s probably no room for their relationship they would’ve ended up breaking up like that but no, just too early. But you know I really do hope beast boy my find love one day who knows maybe it might be Terra this time

Brainiac 5 is a member of the Legion. The superman villian is the first Brainiac. The Legion is 1000 years in the future
The whole "Sanctuary"-thing from Black Canary at the end is an allusion to the comic "Heroes in Crisis", a rather controversial comic event from 2018 that saw a lethal incident at said Sanctuary, a secret place not mentioned before or after (I think) serving exactly the purpose Black Canary ascribed it in this episode, resulting in the death of numerous barely used heroes as well as Arsenal and Ivy (unlike Roy, she gets better).

@ 1. That’s Arrowette, Green Arrow’s newest sidekick and a member of the team. She’s been in the show as Arrowette since season 3 but actually in Season 1 Episode 23, we see her as a little girl when her dad is saved by Green Arrow and Artemis.
2. That’s Mist, she was a trafficked meta team who we first saw as a villain. She was under a control chip and worked for Cheshire until she was freed. She and Livewire have both been rehabilitated (it’s implied they might be together). Livewire joined the Outsiders, and Mist joined the Team. She can turn her body into mist
3. That little girl is Red Tornado’s adopted daughter Traya. He brought her to the playdate in Season 3 Episode 9

The White Martians settled on Durla, and their descendants become Chameleon's people. Zod's Kryptonians and family become the Daxamites in the future, but they develop a weakness (not shown here) that prevents them from conquering anything. That Brainiac was Brainiac 5, the first one's great-great-grandson, while Brainiac's son becomes a hero too.

I loved this series. It got a comeback once. I'm not loosing hope for a season 5. If y'all haven't watched the live action StarGirl series, you should. It's pretty good, actually. Only lasted 3 seasons, but I liked it.

A lot of what is shown seems like setup for future episodes, but apart from the Supergirl stuff, its all just the kickstart of the bootstrap paradox that we saw unfold during the whole season. In the future, the kid Zod will be born and use the kriptoian army to try take over the world. Now we know how they got out. They were defeated by superboy and the league. The emerald witch was killed, and the eye escaped... only to find the same woman in the past and close the cycle of its own existence.
