I have a picky eater who does t feed himself how do I get him to eat different food and feed himself? Your kids are amazing that they feed themselves different foods! Amazing

Perhaps you could start with focusing on what your child really likes and sit down with him and do hand over hand with him to help with feeding himself. Consistency is key. Do this as much as you can. At first, he will probably be more motivated to do this with foods he enjoys. If he likes smoothies sneak veggies in. Get creative and make eating fun. Show him videos of other kids eating and once he finally catches on celebrate his success. Best wishes to you mama ❤

@Crazy8Autism no problem I thought they were bulk ready to eat nuggets like the type you get with the lunchables. I was like hold up my son loves those but I had only seen them in the lunchables. I thought it was something new
