spring onion 4
garlic 2 cloves
black pepper 1/2 tsp
chicken powder 1 tsp
suger 1 tsp
light soy 2 tbsp
oyster sauce 1 tbsp
water 1 cup

I made it for my dinner. I really enjoyed it. About how long did you cook the tofu for on each side? I overcooked mine a bit. Still very tasty.

Oyster sauce and chicken powder are not suitable for vegetarians. Chinese Buddhist vegetarians also do not eat onions and garlic.

You can try vegan oyster sauce maybe. Not sure what chicken powder can be substituted with though. Asoefotida?
