Cars are meant to be used however the owner chooses because they stumped up the cash for it. Imagine a stranger on the internet insisting how you should use an item you bought
When you get to a point on life to afford this, you pay to play. So you must have the relevant cash to play. Also people love cars in different ways. No one should worry what others do with things they will never have
The tip about initially aiming your pressure away from the car is great. My brother bought a C7 Corvette a few months ago and brought it to my house so I could help him detail it. He "connected" the pressure washer nozzle attachment and proceeded to launch the tip right into his front bumper. After a few moments of colorful language he was able to calm himself and inspect the paint. Thankfully it didn't cause too much damage, but a lesson learned the hard way for sure!
Life must be good if you can afford to daily drive a Ferrari 812! Having said that, it’s good to see a car like this being regularly driven instead of being locked away in a garage and having no miles put on it so it doesn’t devalue.
Wow! The sound of that engine is soooo beautiful! I'm super happy that the owner ACTUALLY uses the car, and not just a show piece. Good stuff as always Larry!
Larry/Jordan it was a pleasure to meet you both. Larry your studio is incredible to see in person and the 812 GTS was a bonus. Thank you for being such a generous host and allowing my family and I to visit your studio. I guess the 2016 GT3 is still ago. RATM!
I'm not really a Ferrari guy but this front engine v12 is sweet. As always a great and informative video.....nicely done Larry. Detailed the verge yesterday so I'm taking today off......lol
This is by far my favorite modern Ferrari it’s just so beautiful and I love the hardtop convertible, best of both worlds. Also love it’s a daily driver. Amazing job Larry. 👏🏼
I learn something new every time i watch your videos. And this one was no exception. Thank you. I just picked up a new Roma (after waiting close to two years for Ferrari to build it). I was surprised how poorly the paint looked upon delivery. So i took to it with my wheel and ammo products. I was shocked how soft the paint is on the Ferrari - but it looked so good after 2 step correction. Love a car that’s freshly detailed. It looks amazing. Almost as good as your 812! You are doing gods work my friend…..keep it up!
Hey thanks for the preview of this car in that video you sent me Larry! By the way I cleaned up my 2019 Volvo V60 up nicely with the Ammo products I bought. The paint, windows and wheels are shining like they're brand new!
Speaking off stuff popping off the end of the pressure washer wand, one time I didn't put the nozzle in all the way. Luckily it hit the rubber of the tire so no damage besides a dent in the rubber. Learned my lesson and now always pull on it and look at the latch to make sure it's fully secured
This ferrari is insane, i love the particular paint and design as well but, man i'm looking forward for the gt! Holy dingus i love that car, i loved to use it on the ford racing game, and i would like to own one if i could
Excellent point about pulling the trigger while pointing the foam cannon in a safe direction before aiming at the car. You only have to make that mistake once - fortunately, I hit a tire. I have started using a little water resistant lubricant on the connectors, which helps.
Loved watching you knock your heals together as you slid into the car. Thought I was the only nutball who did that! Thanks for making me feel a little my normal this evening.
Awesome work! I often think of my dream car collection, what I'd buy if I won the lotto. 812 (superfast) is always one that comes to mind. Such an amazing beast, and probably the best sounding car out there.
When I bought my truck, it had a bunch of swirl marks and After a few washes and spray wax the paint came out so nice and reflective I'm still Impressed to this day how good the spray wax works.
This gets me so excited to go south and drive my recently purchased 812 GTS around Naples. After the big car weekend I'll be sending it to Ohio where it will sit until Spring.
Hands down, MY favorite Ferrari - front (mid) engine, V12, gorgeous dark blue paint and that outrageous interior. Push a button - convertible- push a button - hard top. Engine noise like an angry dragon. Buy a matching FF and you're done!
Every time I hear Larry say “Master Blaster” I have to laugh because it sounds like some high school nickname for a guy who was a legend when it came to girls and fingers.😆
I'm torn on those clear bras. I like the protection that they provide but the thought of having to peel it off once it deteriorates stresses me out. Lol
I detail high end cars and have been 40 years, including Rolls Royces. Larry is correct. Never use wash mitts or any brush. New microfiber towels loaded with suds only. I dry the cars with Master Blaster only.
I have a 2004 ford mustang convertible and it has some swirled paint and I'm wondering what would would be the best products from your website to use to make the black paint to shine and protect the paint from water drips and I really enjoy your content keep it going
If I’m not mistaken carbon ceramic brakes don’t require any product in them just water as the carbon rotors can absorb a lot of chemicals due to being porous.
Someone help me please!! I spilled protein on my perforated leather seats I clean it immediately but I think it still smells I don’t have any water vaccums or anything like that
2X! I shot washer tips across the street when rinsing off cars after a wash & both times I got lucky not hitting the customers cars & found the tips in the neighbors yard. They go pretty far! LOL
Do you heat treat the PPF when done? At the 15:43 mark when you're commenting how there's no swirls, it actually looks like there's a lot of swirls on the part you're showing, so I was wondering if maybe they were just swirls in the PPF that would disappear with heat or if there were still swirls on the paint?
I got a brand new Mustang GT, black, and even under a light could only find about three defects in the paint. It was unbelievable that it came from the factory that way.
"It didn't have the rich black look I was looking for..."- Yeah, there's the OCD again that we all love you for 🙂 Someday I would love for you to show your 996 to JP here from the fatherland. He started as an apprentice at 9ff and still is a massive Porsche nerd. And via versa, you would probably love to check out his collection!
This guy is just so business oriented, and he loves his stuff! how can you tell? he just keeps going even though he's probably made a ton on his youtube videos already? he makes his own product that he sells to a broad audience, he makes a video game that sells to a broad audience. technically he services one car at a time. But in reality all of his work is targeted towards a huge audience.
Great job as always Larry. I have a question. What are your thoughts on putting seat covers over leather to protect. I live in the south so it gets HOT and wasn't sure if I should do this. thanks in advance.
I don't live in the South but I still put covers on the leather seats in my last car to protect me from them. I dislike leather because it gets burning hot in the summer, freezing cold in the winter, and doesn't breathe. Every time I cleaned the interior I'd put conditioner on the leather and it looked fine when I sold the car. Leather is very tough. The covers faded and didn't look great but the car was a beater so I didn't care.
@@bwofficial1776 thanks for the reply. I was mainly wondering because of the heat and like you said the leather not being able to breathe. We'll see I'll check around but I tend to agree with you they'll probably be just fine.
Having shot a pressure washer nozzle through a plate glass window as a teenager, I've always double and triple checked. Also, the shedding of that wool pad would drive me nuts.
Hey @AMMONYC, by saying that you're using a straight cut wool pad, does that mean you're using the Rupes yellow wool pad? With the yellow (Fine) polish?
Oh wow first comment:) i just wanted to say your channel is amazing and the work u do is incredible :). I just wanted to ask would u ever consider doing detailing classes in sydney australia :)?? Sending love from down under keep it up u absolute legand❤❤.
Glad to see the owner understands that these kinds of cars are MEANT to be driven. That they're more than just pretty garage glitz
Cars are meant to be used however the owner chooses because they stumped up the cash for it. Imagine a stranger on the internet insisting how you should use an item you bought
I love comments like this. People get so worked up about what others choose to do with their property
When you get to a point on life to afford this, you pay to play. So you must have the relevant cash to play. Also people love cars in different ways. No one should worry what others do with things they will never have
Exactly
there is 812 SF in Netherlands with 165.000 km
The puck placement when lifting the car is a great visual representation of the weight distribution of the car. Amazing engineering

Dude I’m an avid detailer but you are top notch above all others on UA-camr your attention to details is phenomenal and your gift of teaching shows
This guy should start a detail school he's on another level

Truly a collector I admire. Cars are meant to be driven, not stock portfolios that sit in a garage.
Wow! The sound of that engine is soooo beautiful!

Good stuff as always Larry!
V12s sound always awesome and unique

Love a Ferrari in blue! Cheers for the video👍

well. thx for asking, sherry.
streaming and standing by in Michigan. ready for the market to open.
I absolutely love this car and my favorite color! Great work Larry! Keep it up!!
I always love when people actually drive their cars and not let them sit. It’s refreshing to see.
One of your best yet! The transformation is perfect!
Easily among the 5 most beautiful cars in existence! Thanks for sharing!
Loved watching you knock your heals together as you slid into the car. Thought I was the only nutball who did that! Thanks for making me feel a little my normal this evening.
As per usual awesome job! The car looks Better than factory or showroom!! You attention to detail is bar none superb
Good Job Larry
Magnificent spec, great job to bring it back to perfection, Rj in Oz

You are one lucky guy, Larry! Gorgeous car!
The 812 is a beautiful car (most Ferraris are anyway but this one is extra nice). Enjoyed the video (as always).
Out of all the cars you've had at your shop, this one looks like it's suppose to be there at your home.
Hello from the bahamas Larry. Great work.
Would love one of these! F12 is a personal favorite
That is a truly emotional car.
Magnifico machina 😮
You are the teacher I have never met thank you for all the information!
When I bought my truck, it had a bunch of swirl marks and After a few washes and spray wax the paint came out so nice and reflective I'm still Impressed to this day how good the spray wax works.
I love your summer videos because I don’t have to worry about all the car dirty with snow or rain haha
This gets me so excited to go south and drive my recently purchased 812 GTS around Naples. After the big car weekend I'll be sending it to Ohio where it will sit until Spring.
3:50 whoa whoa what's that at the back 🔥🔥
Beautiful specification!

Can’t wait for the Ford GT episode! Should be one of the best restoration details yet!
Wow, that is an absolutely gorgeous car. You did an amazing job beginning that to a perfect condition.😎😎
As a Brit, I still can't get over calling your product "Shag".
😂👍
Love the new content, but I’m kind of missing the barn finds 😢
No barn find first washes anymore?
Every time I hear Larry say “Master Blaster” I have to laugh because it sounds like some high school nickname for a guy who was a legend when it came to girls and fingers.😆
Great job Larry with paint correction
It looks amazing
those final shots are amazing that car is beautiful
Another banger dude👍👍
I'm torn on those clear bras. I like the protection that they provide but the thought of having to peel it off once it deteriorates stresses me out. Lol
Great advice on the quick disconnect fittings. Take an eye out and dent a 600K Ferrari. Great vids and educational stuff we all learn from.
4:44 in the video, what is the brush you are using to clean the taillights? Is it available on your website?
Great work and explanation
What an awesome silhouette this 812 has. Traffic work is always Larry. Keep the great content coming.
Larry was talking about an R8!
Larry, what product did you use to clean the leather on the seats ? I know you said later on you used Mousse to condition it.
Lather Interior Cleanser
Fantastic car, what sensation!!! Job top of top!! Greetings!!!! 😊😊😊
Wow your attention to detail is crazy in a good way
Oh boy, you get to detail awesome cars. What a job to have to do daily. Then have the privilege to drive them, now that's exciting, wow!!
I have to admit that car fits you so good 👌🏻😊
Are you wiping off your interior cleaner with a dry or damp microfiber towel? Thanks. Great videos.
Insane car!!!!!
What detergent do you use to clean your wash rags? I’ve had issues with residues from scented detergents.
In a past video he used tide free and clear
I use dish soap and vinegar. Works great.
you totally transformed that car! great job
Can't wait to see the transformation of that ford GT
I detail high end cars and have been 40 years, including Rolls Royces. Larry is correct. Never use wash mitts or any brush. New microfiber towels loaded with suds only. I dry the cars with Master Blaster only.
Bad ass ride if i ever hit the lottery this will be my first purchase

The panel alignment of the hood is no joke :D
Larry, what are you using to remove the body oil from the leather? I need to order some.
LOVE
Why is it not good to use a wash mitt what about. a 2 bucket method ??
@7:40 I think its a 2016 GT3 RS.
Winner!

STUNNING 👍👍👍

Hey Larry, do you ever follow up with leather conditioner after ammo lather?
Yes this is shown in the video
@@AMMO-NYC sorry i should have finished watching before commenting!!
Work of art! 👍
That colour! OMG!!!! And I'm guessing the camera can't do it justice!
White towels 😍 Are you releasing them on the website?

Someone forgot about the 575 Superamerica when saying it's the first production front engine V12 spyder since the 365 GTB Daytona Spyder
To clarify series production not limited run

Hi Larry, wondering if you could tell us the typical gram / square metre you use on your wash towels? Cheers!
Y'all got any recommendations for Microfiber towel detergent?
After cleaning it like this does it have any defference on the resale value?
