I can't wait to see you become a dad Simon! It is going to change your life in the most amazing way! I got 4 kids and they are the absolute best thing in life! Take it slow and enjoy all their stages. It goes so fast! My youngest who is my only boy turns 3 today and I'm so stoked!
The fox disc is definitely a keeper and should be displayed in the nursery. The other two should be put up for auction just to see how much a fan would be willing to pay for them. You guys are so down to earth and relatable!
You are going to be a great dad. Really excited for both of you. I have three kids. Best tip I can give is it they grow up fast. Live in each moment. Take it all in.
Gonna be an awesome video for the kid to watch when he/she is older. See how his/her parents reacted to showing their nursery room and how they were before they were parents
You seem like a genuine type of guy. I love watching your videos. I know you guys are going to make some great parents. Speaking from experience, don’t sweat the little things, enjoy every moment, and love that child with your whole heart. You’ll do great.
Love Vlogmas time with Simon! You mentioned no patience, from one new father(kid will be 1 in a few weeks) to a father to be, learn it quick my friend. Having some patience is one of the most important things when becoming a parent! Can’t wait for you to meet your little baby. It’s been said a million times before, but it’s the absolute best, yet indescribable feeling in the world!
Ph my God! Congratulations! Simon you and your Lady will be great parents. Thank you for sharing this with us, people who love your Vlog and you and now, your family. Congratulations!
I feel like vinyl cutting is better for detailed drawings or designs and shaving cream is better for abstract cloudy designs like random swirls or flames.
My son will be here in 9 weeks too. We have the same nursery theme and reclining glider. Thanks for the laugh with the dyes. We all have our first trys.
I'm glad you have the typical piece of creepiness with those 2 pics (racoon and fox) like a good German baby room/fairy tale. Meine Frau will be proud LOL
For drawing with shaving cream a frosting piper style plastic bag works best, those droppers are great for glue beds though! Either way welcome to the club guys 👽
Use a Medium size syringe for design drawing. Always wipe after a drag line. Add a little bit of dawn dish soap to the foam for better consistency and less bubbles.
good idea to give disc dyeing a go. if you want to try some other methods try the glue bed ones. Michael Holt Disc Golf is the only one I know who has done some videos on that method. he has had some good results and has been learning as he goes too.
This super cool!! I’ve been dyeing discs with shaving cream for the last 3 years and I actually run a small business now doing it for people all over the country!
If you turn the the pink Tactic upside-down, it's not a botched SL dye, it's a one-of-one special edition 72 dye to commemorate your 72 career PDGA-sanctioned tournament wins to date!
your baby's gonna be about a month older than ours, and we're just starting to get our butts in gear about nursery stuff. plenty of discs for the baby to start throwing though!
I've recently started dyeing. The shaving cream method is okay, but it rarely makes a really good looking dye. If you want to draw designs it's easier to to do lotion method. The really cool looking designs are using glue and mineral oil.
I just lost my razor claw 2 today, I'm so mad, and sad it was my favorite disc and I just left it and when I realized and went back it was gone and I didn't ink it😭
dyes need a lotion bed or glue bed!! now redemption for dyes and hole 4 maple as part of vlogmas plz lol. and cute cats!! someone plz ship me some beers on the 18th :) have trades and cash! love ya simon
It is amazing that 4 cats managed to stay quiet during a car ride. My cats sound like they are trying their hardest to speak human and ask me why? It's like the word 'why' mixed with 'meow' and it sounds so awful and depressing. Thanks for the upload!
I would like to understand from a shaving cream dyeing expert... what did they do wrong? I assume the dye cream has to come from a much finer pointed syringe?
I give them 24 - 36 hours, let's the dye really get in there and darken up. Also, try some sprinkling of dye on the shaving cream, it works a treat. I've had some terrible results like yours, but also some excellent results. Just gotta try a few times.
I want to make the 14 hour drive to try the beer on the 18th, but my wife is working and I don't want to go without her. Will be able to order some or get it somewhere?
Next time try very lightly sprinkling different color powder dyes over the shaving cream bed and spritz it with water before putting the disc in. Super easy and should give good results
Nursery 10/10. Cat handling 10/10. Dyes 1/10. You nailed it where it counts the most.
Nailed it.
NAILED IT!!
Nailed it
Why aren’t all comments on youtube this correct?
Such a perfect comment and sums up the whole video. Nailed it Simon and naked it damagelnq. 👌
Thank you, Natalia, for joining in the vlogmas spirit!
You are Truly LIVING THE DREAM. So Happy to see you two are expected to be parents. Awesome stuff thanks Simon.

Sign those discs and pop em on eBay for charity! I want that Tactic!

I love how janky the dyes came out
Throws 900 ft, dyes.. no sorry, doesn't dye.
I love how Nathalia didn't even try to hide her reactions to how bad Simon's dye job turned out. Nursery looks amazing btw!
Loved seeing you trying dyeing, it really made me feel better about my failed attempts 😂
I didn’t know y’all were expecting. So many congratulations! I wish you all health and prosperous love.
Having a pet fox and having foxes as my favorite animal, I’m a HUGE fan of the nursery’s decorations!!
Amazing nursery!!! I’m happy for you both!!!!
Highlight of the video for sure!!!!!
Gonna be an awesome video for the kid to watch when he/she is older. See how his/her parents reacted to showing their nursery room and how they were before they were parents

I’ll watch anything Simon posts
Dude, congrats on the coming baby Lizotte! I just had a son that was born today at 40 weeks and 3 days. It was a very exciting moment.
Been waiting all day for this!!
I just love how excited he is to be a dad!!
My son will be here in 9 weeks too. We have the same nursery theme and reclining glider. Thanks for the laugh with the dyes. We all have our first trys.
I would love that ZL Tactic, what a gem!
Congrats on the soon to be baby! My wife and I are expecting in February. Love the videos. Keep up the great work!
Don’t worry Simon we still support you even though those dyes were pretty rough
At least the baby's room is awesome ;-)
Great to see your home, cats, and artwork!
Such a cute episode! Loved the baby room tour
Just did the “multi cat in one trip to vet” thing myself. Never again…..
Love the Vlogmas videos, can’t wait to see what else you have planned!
It would be cool if you and Paul made Christmas cookies again. That was pretty hilarious. Great job on the baby room, bet you guys are excited!
I used to live in Lewiston, ME. Dont miss the cold but would love to be there for the beer release
I'm glad you have the typical piece of creepiness with those 2 pics (racoon and fox) like a good German baby room/fairy tale. Meine Frau will be proud LOL
Natalia you look so beautiful pregnant ❤. I loved the nursery deco!
Natalia (and probably Simon too..:)) are definitely in their “nesting” phase of their pregnancy. Congrats again you two 😀
For drawing with shaving cream a frosting piper style plastic bag works best, those droppers are great for glue beds though! Either way welcome to the club guys 👽
Your videos are a bright spot on every day that you upload one. Keep them up!

I asked for this video so many times! I haven't even started and I'm so excited! I feel a bit like a kid again 😅😂
Now you have discs that are going to smell wonderful every time you pick them up. :) Stoked for you with such a beautiful family, humans and cats.
Somewhere Mike Kemp is shaking his head watching this
I have not had a lot of luck dyeing on the NEO plastic (I also just use the shaving cream method). Try it again on some s-line discs.
Loved this video! The cats and the nursery = wholesome insight! Thanks “Zimon” and Natalia
I'm trying the clear glue method of dyeing next weekend! So excited
Gotta get on that Floetrol cell dyes! Flip cup is fun. Floetrol and silicone oil is what you need to buy, you got everything else
Love your cats and the cat face on the dye job. Your stuff ... less said the better.
Interesting dye job bud🧐 Still a Good video Simon! It’s nice to see day to day , normal living of some of our fav people…. Keep it up 👍
I didn't know there's a bun in the oven! Congrats!
Fox was the best by far. Did you guys see the Paul McBeth Foundation dyed disc drive? Many cool options on there to get inspiration from.
The white lines were the one cool thing lol. This was entertaining and a good laugh.
Watching this at 1am. Greetings from Finland!
Try maybe using like the medicine utensil that is similar to a needle I can’t remember the name but try that for the dyes see how it comes out
good idea to give disc dyeing a go. if you want to try some other methods try the glue bed ones. Michael Holt Disc Golf is the only one I know who has done some videos on that method. he has had some good results and has been learning as he goes too.

Any tips? Or are they trade secrets?
What types of dye are needed?
@@beccawatson2444 usually either Idye poly or prochem disc dyes
@@beccawatson2444 I pretty much only Pro chemical dye. They make awesome colors! That what Simon used in this video.
Your hole-4 ace try was one of my favorite vlogs ever. This was ok.
I've heard leaving them in the dye for 24hrs helps it set better. But you just needed a different color on your logo disc
That swing is so awesome.
I had no idea you were having a baby! I must have missed that announcement. Congratulations!
Love the woodland themed baby room!
Reminds me of the first time I tried dying a disc. Try just putting the powder dye straight on the foam. Comes out much better.
Did I hear you say that you were going to Hawkins woods around 6:00? Congrats on the baby, parenthood is the best/worst! :)
Next time you dye you should do it before you try to ace #4 at Maple Hill. You guys crushed it on the nursery and cat wrangling.
I've recently started dyeing. The shaving cream method is okay, but it rarely makes a really good looking dye. If you want to draw designs it's easier to to do lotion method. The really cool looking designs are using glue and mineral oil.
you make the best disc golf videos.
Congrats on having your nursery ready 2 months early! My twins will be here in a week and we just finished their nursery 2 weeks ago.
Perfect baby room breakdown Simon😂
What is needed to remove the stamp? Rubbing alcohol or something else?
Sweet! Just today I bought the og Sky God 1 with your signature on it (from Puijo, Kuopio I believe). 🌩
Treasure! God bless you and everyone you see and everyone who sees you
Honestly I do really like how that tactic looked!
Would love to see you revisit this
I just did my first ones with Floetrol and pcad and they came out amazing..I got hooked for sure!
You should add the shot of the day on these love that

I just lost my razor claw 2 today, I'm so mad, and sad it was my favorite disc and I just left it and when I realized and went back it was gone and I didn't ink it😭
What dye should I use?
Does anyone know when enigmas will be back in stock?
Simon, you seem to know when you need to rest and when to push through. Any advice when to cool it and when to tough it out?
dyes need a lotion bed or glue bed!! now redemption for dyes and hole 4 maple as part of vlogmas plz lol. and cute cats!! someone plz ship me some beers on the 18th :) have trades and cash! love ya simon
I just decided to do the boiled latex method instead of the shaving cream method thank you
No slow-motion camera and nature moment while catching the cats and putting them in the carriers?
I hope you are doing a giveaway for those dyes discs
That bassinet is great! Excited for you both!
You’re making me a better person bro 🙏
Love the Charlie Brown xmas tree 😂
lmbo. i would bag the fox for sure!
It is amazing that 4 cats managed to stay quiet during a car ride. My cats sound like they are trying their hardest to speak human and ask me why? It's like the word 'why' mixed with 'meow' and it sounds so awful and depressing. Thanks for the upload!

Love the fox theme! That’s what we did for our sons nursery.
I give them 24 - 36 hours, let's the dye really get in there and darken up. Also, try some sprinkling of dye on the shaving cream, it works a treat. I've had some terrible results like yours, but also some excellent results. Just gotta try a few times.
Look forward to each vlog...

Simon, you’re going to be a great Dad. It’s a lot of fun.
Congrats man. You are going to nail fatherhood.
Practice on the dye. Keep that silly content coming!! 😜
Why is everything seem to be embarrassing? I think everything was AWESOME! The nursery is super cool🤘
Love Vlogmas! Keep up the great vids Simon!
Next time try very lightly sprinkling different color powder dyes over the shaving cream bed and spritz it with water before putting the disc in. Super easy and should give good results
Merry Vlogmas everybody!
Simon and Natalia your nursery looks beautiful!!
7:20 - "No I just liked that it was cheap." You found yourself a keeper there, @Simon Lizotte.
