Intermediate fasting is one of the best things you can do to detoxify your body and improve overall health search it up. Been doing it for over 5 years and if I began to list all my health issues I’ve healed and improved It’d be a book. Of coarse you’re not going to starve yourself for days on and on but trust me when I say it’s one of the very best things you can do for yourself.

Interesting. I'm not sure if I believe it though, because most professionals say that when you lose weight, you lose it equally through your body. What I experienced was, I gained fat mostly on my belly. I don't usually do cardio, just yoga. So I got stronger, but gained fat at the same time because I started eating more. Recently I've been walking more often and I'm gonna start doing cardio though, let's see what happens

Strength train and eat in a calorie deficit! The more muscle you have the more calories you will burn at rest. Cardio is also great too BUT HIIT cardio is better.
Jenny long - I would throw in intermittent fasting too for guaranteed results. I personally was a bit overweight for 20 years before I set it right- I ran 5 miles daily - 2 of those were hiit
