My own experience of this lesson comes in the form of forgiveness. A great teacher of mine taught me to forgive my past deeds after many years of self-neglect and self-abuse. Since then I've had a veil lifted to see the forgiveness and compassion for others as I take care to give myself And let me tell you, it's such a beautiful feeling to be truly free.
When there is clarity of vision in your life
Nothing can disturb or alter your stability of who you were created to be
"What you sow is what you reap." That's been my life motto for a while now, so I couldn't agree more with the vid. Our actions determine our fate. So folks think good, be good, act good. Ofc there are also things out of our control, but the things that are like our thoughts and actions, that's entirely down to us in the end.

That sounds very similar to what a Christian hears sometimes about a Bible passage also discussing the topic of sowing what you reap.I guess at times thst some Buddhist concepts overlap with some Judeo-Christisn concepts.

I know it is unfair but sometimes wisdom comes out of cruelty, and without those evil deeds your eyes are not really open. But if we accept that our pain can cause better life to others sometimes, we're really in the flow of love. I think.

It’s hard for the ego to understand the reality that there are no separation.
If there are no separation then who is it that sowing and who is it that is reaping?
Can someone explain to me in simple language, what is the meaning of "if you could see things as they are, not as they appear." and please include real life example on simple and complex situation, i will be very thankful for your help.

The way i see it, it means not to give meaning to a situation by interpreting it from your own experiences. For example if you were bitten by a dog a few years ago, and then you see someone being bitten by a dog now. Seeing things as they are would be what's going on. Seeing them as they appear would be you thinking the dog is to blame because that's how it happened to you. When in fact, the person you are seeing now being bitten maybe threw 5 rocks at the dog before that happened. Yet you blame the dog upon seeing what's going on because it appears to you that dogs always attack people.
I would think it means not give your own interpretation to a situation, and to just observe it as it is.

Because the self is just an illusion and what you really are is me and any other being. Any being at any time, because time is also an illusion. What you really are is a part of existence. So it would be illogical to hurt another part of the same existence which is also you and me and any other being.
I saw the wallpaper on r/wallpapers.
Maybe I should have left to Napal. Maybe I made a mistake.
I could be in Napal meditating, but now I'm in the military on route to be married. I don't wanna hurt her. I don't wanna lose her. But I don't wanna sacrifice my peace.
I wish I could have both. It feels like I can never have both. People here are so miserable. There is so much hate in this world. So much hate.
I pray that God will allow me to find peace before it is my time. But it seems like it is my own fear that clouds my judgement.
I hope this works out. I really hope it does.
