+1 for this! Buying hardware drum machines and Synths will change your game forever. In the box only is flat out boring MPC one, TR-8S, Hydrasynth, Model D, Deepmind 12D, RD-8, and so on to add some MSG to your box. Second, Kali Lp-6's will change your game as well.

I just bought a Midas M32 and connected to my PC running Pro Tools First. How do I setup my inputs and outputs so I can hear the music and start recording instrumentals and vocals?
Lol. Yea I relatives that during editing. Did t think anybody would realize. Good catch tho. I do love my Faderport 16. Helps to get a real tactile feel. I mainly use it when setting my initial levels in a mix.

that boombox has resonance in it . I own that shit. crap crap. like a plastic empty case w 2 speakers. sing loud into it u ll see what I mean, plus almost impossible to have these and your monitors at same volume
The boom ox doesn’t need to be the same level as your monitors. Use it independently and not directly in front of you. I keep mine off to the side behind me. This is meant to give you a taste of what consumers may be hearing. Works every time for me. I’ve mixed records almost completely using this boom box.
that's what I do. On the side. A mama kitchen stereo YES, but I think there must be some better quality ones. Like a bit more heavy and powerful. When in a sess with an artist, if you wanna check on the boom box man, every time I see in my client eye : what did you do bro ? I swear. and every time you gotta explain why. lol
two things I got based on your vids are this Sony boom box and the kaotica , that I use with an Aston halo. add a pop filter from JZmics. dope for rap. u sound the same anywhere In the world.
