  • Watch me fall in love... I think I really mean it. This town in Peru is truly like none other. I felt so at peace, so in love, and just awww I love it. The energy, the people, the nature... Ollantaytambo is unreal.
    Come along as we...
    - take in all the nature and ruins and history
    - meet the coolest and kindest people
    - language exchange on a collectivo
    - experience the gentle liveliness in the town
    - oh and get bit by a spider that I thought I had befriended
Where I Stayed: Eureka Lodge (so cute and cozy, wonderful location, felt like family)
I still cannot believe how stunning this town is... this is the last town before heading to Machu Picchu and wow is it just everything. It really sounds like I am here to sell it or am sponsored or something. But, you and I both know my lil baby channel is not quite cool enough for that yet haha... so this is just my honest fan girl moment.

No idea, why people put music under their productions as not all of us are native English. Older videos seem even less understandable... I would never speak of "energy" as many do. But yes, something in that whole Inka-Andean region took me as well. It was the purest life; unspoilt, honest, simple, highest quality, a little dangerous -> I call it: "Adventureland". Martin Luther had said: "Even if I knew the world would die tomorrow, I planted an appletree today." I understood that finally and first time in such a place. The world can be so far away! My years in the Andes are long over. But all the time in other places around the world I was thinking to go "home" one day. I will end my "work for pay life" next year and ride home. I am a bit anxious, (if that "energy"...) if Patcha Mama will take me in her arms again. Or if I will find just another hellhole of smartphone zombies, free of knowledge and values. "Never go back" is what travellers say. It cannot be better than in my days, but maybe... So your energy speech was a "very nice to receive" for me. I leave an abo.
If you see white dogs, long hair, 10-14kg, try to film one for me. She was the love of my life! No race, just a "chapi". Thanks for this video.
PS: Do not answer here as I do not use goggle.
