- Rebuilt Cummins 4BT 3.9L First Start. Swap into a 1995 F150 Eddie Bauer 4x4 with an E4OD. 3200 RPM governor spring, fuel pin, 50HP injectors, HX30 turbo.
Idles fine but seems to lag with the throttle. Not sure if the timing is off or if there is another fuel issue.
