    "Minimum Viable Budget" is key. People waste a lot of money on event operations that dont add to the attendee experience

Just thinking any ideas to do a confernce? Topics? Im going to go with the sam parr/ and your blueprint. Help???? I will probably write on beehive newsletter/content , just need a few topics for the conference, any suggestions anyone???
